We stay here often, several times a year, in fact. Staff were wonderful, as always. Check-in and check-out personnel are professional and warm. The bed is always clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and the hallways are always clean. Really appreciate the black-out curtains, ice machine works and the kitchen is well equipped. Location is convenient with great parking and ease of access to markets and eateries. Very safe and accommodating for families.

Unfortunately, just until recently, the quality is not what we were used to from prior stays. The hot water in the shower was not always hot; more like lukewarm. The TV remotes did not always work; you have to take them down to the lobby for fresh batteries. And, unfortunately, the breakfasts were not as before. While the kitchen staff work very hard and clearly knows what they are doing in keeping it clean and refreshed; the food was not hot, hot oatmeal was not always available and the selection was more limited than before. Perhaps budget cuts? But, again, the staff are warm and responsive and tries their best.

The room was clean and spacious. not sure why we had a handicap room, but the bathroom was spacious as well. the bed was very comfortable. there were 3 restaurants directly across the street. there is also a shopping center with additional restaurants near.

what i didn't like is that when i checked in, i told the man at the front desk that when i check out i wanted to pay cash, he said ok. when i went to check out, i was told that they do not accept cash. how does 1 employee not know that. that irritated me and was the only thing that i did not like about my stay.

I have nothing you that i didn’t like from the time we entered the door to our check out everything was excellent.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, very responsive and accommodating. Easy access from parking lot to room. Stay included Breakfast.

Like most hotels you can hear other guests. Someone was shooting hoops on the basketball court till after midnight.. Refrigerator was missing a shelf ..Freezer was missing an ice bin.

I feel what needs to be improved is the fact that families come here to have reunions and I feel that we were not being loud or disturbing the peace however when more than 4 Black people gather together here come complaints of other guess feeling intimidated, we came to enjoy the pool area , Basketball court, lounge around next to the pool , but when you gather being Black other Guess feel intimidated , so we get asked to break up the crowd or not be so aggressive? were like Huh who is being aggressive, I guess our good time felt like aggression to the other guess , next year we will be renting an Air BnB for our family Reunion! where we can be together and not discriminated against! not to mention we rented out 16 rooms in this Hotel!!!

The breakfast was generally okay. The coffee needs a great deal of improvement, however. The one bed suite was fine - the size was reasonable for two people but would have been cramped with three. There was a nice sidewalk around the property for a morning or evening walk. The hotel is near good restaurants; particularly the Indian Restaurant Royal Taj which was excellent! There is also an Olive Garden, bob Evans, Mc and TGI Fridays nearby

The coffee is really bad and needs improvement. The dishes in our dishwasher were not clean and a knife in the drawer was not clean. I think it was supposed to be an accessible room (although we didn't need that) but it would have been very hard for anyone in a wheelchair to maneuver around the space.
