Kristy, that handled breakfast was so nice and very accommodating. She assisted both me and my husband. She truly made the stay.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The room was a good size.

Breakfast was exremely basic. The hotel is very tired in general. The corridors and bedrooms all smelt of seeped in cigarette smoke.

The location was very good. The breakfast was good.

The bathroom toilet was very low to the floor, which made it difficult to get off the toilet. The carpet in the room was very stained with black spots. I complained about the carpet and toilet to the front desk day one. Parking was not free.

The rooms we're very comfortable and it was quiet. Breakfast was good.

We went to the pool where someone had broken glass on the floor and it cut my foot, I went to the front desk and the lady came to the pool and found more and just laid it on the table and left.

Extremely clean & comfortable room- & very helpful cheerful staff . Breakfast was tasty Really appreciate being able to have our dog with us - the pet fee was reasonable (it was great that they gave us a list of local pet related businesses and had us fill out a little pet info card in case of any questions or issues when we were out of the room— I do suggest they add one more line for an alternate contact number in case of some weird human emergency so a family or friend could pick up the dog) They were happy to our stay for one more night so we could rest up before driving a long way home in daylight— much appreciated

That we didn’t plan ahead for the pool :). Next time we’ll bring swimsuits :)

We needed to stay an additional night and it was less expensive to stay at Hampton Inn rates, making us think about how we book in future!!!

It was under construction pool and work out room closed.
