My husband and I came up from Guelph to do some kayaking and hiking for 4 days in the Onaping area and decided on a hotel instead of car camping. The hotel is currently under renovations but it did not disturb us in any way. Staff was very friendly and beds were clean and comfortable. We both slept really well. Our room had air conditioning which worked like a champion. The mini fridge worked well too and the freezer part actually froze my ice packs. Hotel is conveniently located on main strip with gas, groceries and Tim Hortons near by. It was also nice that each room had a private entrance. Would definitely stay again.

The room downstairs was all brand new. The beds and pillows were very comfy!!

Even though it was a basement room and apparently the only room available in the Sudbury area that night, it was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. We were not disappointed and would stay there again. Had a great nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. Would recommend to friends.

Shampoo could be better in small bottles as opposed to the wrapped package. But there was no issue getting more when I asked.

Location to other amentities was good and ample parking room was clean and large
No ac in room. pictures on website show restaurant available at motel but didn't even have one. only 1 fan in room needed another for other bed but not supplied. no coffee machine in room. no bag liner in ice bucket or lid so lined bucket ourselves with plastic bag from circle k next door. Room smelt musty. Bottom step going down to basement room was dangerous.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The motel was very easy to reach as it is on the main drag in Chelmsford, which is only a few minutes out of Sudbury. We paid a little over $300 for 3 nights for our two double bed room.

It was lovely and clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and engaging.

1. There was no breakfast available due to covid, i understand, however would have been nice to even include a coffee pot with complimentary packages of coffee in the room for the guests like other hotels have.
2. The woman at the front desk is not friendly at all, she really has no customer service skills. I witnessed her refunding the deposit to a customer when he checked out and she pretty much accused him of taking a facecloth from the room. He was not impressed and i do not blame him.
3. I found them expensive and not work the money. I would not rent there again unless i am desperate.
The biggest thing for me is very poor customer service, she put a sour taste in our mouth immediately upon arrival.

Never stayed for breakfast , just avoiding because of covid but will definitely try the next time I stay. Rooms are large , beds are really comfortable , bathrooms are nicely renovated.
No in room coffee , would be nice to have during covid

Owners super nice, we needed directions to a few things they helped out.
Rooms amazingly clean and spacious.
Had a BSMT unit would have preferred main floor.
But that was OK could see car out BSMT window.
