Good location, good price

No hot tub, thermostat was not working

The fact that the hotel is close to all the places we needed to go. Always been a great breakfast that my family enjoys every time we use the hotel.

First and foremost, my family has always been a regular costumer of this hotel. We normally book with them whenever we come down to the city; however, this time, our experience was not really a good one. My family checked in past midnight. Upon arrival, the night staff who checked us in was not too friendly and welcoming - the way she talked to me and my wife. When we got our room, my wife phoned the front desk regarding the A/C not working. The staff came to our room and did something on the wall control, and told us to wait because it takes time for the A/C to kick in. She said if it won't work, give her a call and he will bring a stand fan for us. My wife said it is very hot in the room, and there are 4 people who will accommodate it, if there is anything else they can do. The staff firmly said No, she can't do anything for us. My wife replied that it is not fair that she paid for a room that is supposed to have an A/C. The staff raised her voice to my wife. It was already past 1AM and she couldn't even keep her voice down. The staff left, and for few minutes she came back with the fan and told me that instead of phoning her, she will just bring the fan to us. I was not impressed how the staff treated us. We felt that she was being racist. She was loud and rude, too! It was disrespectful the way she behaved in front of my minor child and my mother-in-law. My wife was very disappointed, too. We traveled for almost 5 hours only to receive such poor services. Going back to the A/C, it was not working properly. It didn't really give us cool air during the night so we did not have any choice but to use the stand fan, which created double noise along with the A/C that made us uncomfortable with our sleep.

The location was next to the Casino.

Old and not overly clean. Carpet on the floors. rust around tub taps.

The staff when checking in wasn't very friendly, and was cursing under her breath. At 1030 at night I had to call down to advise of children running up and down the halls, yelling and banging on doors, the front desk person came up and told the kids which room had called in a complaint -very unprofessional.

The Kids loved the breakfast. We arrived late but the front desk was still onsite and checked us in quickly.

The play place and pool were not open early enough before we checked out due to our appointment.

Near to everything it’s easy to find accessible. Like the swimming pool specially the slide For my kid. I was granted to my request. The only thing caught my attention is the small Dining for breakfasts.

The hotel is big but tiny canteen and people are waiting to be seated or others kinda force to go to get others to have a seat. And one more thing the pillow were very soft uncomfortable to use can’t sleep good on it. The only thing caught my attention is the small Dining for breakfasts.
