Location, good breakfast , room was clean, comfy beds.

Air vent not working

breakfast was good and ample -upscale Comfort Inn variety. Wonderful view from the 8th floor breakfast room

Several of the reception staff were not very friendly or enthusiastic--these several seemed bored, uninterested, and somehow projecteed resentment.

The location was the best thing for this place. The breakfast was also ok .

The staff (front desk only) were so aggressive and did not really care and facility was old. The staff really make you feel not welcome, and I was wondering why. Even being polite with them doesnt make it better. The rating should be much lower what it got now. The room was spacious but the kitchen ware were not good and they lack some simple things like paper towel, scrub .... The place should be okay if you expect a fair service but far from good or great.

Posizione vicino alla metro, pulizia, staff accogliente e disponibile. Comodissima la cucina attrezzata.

Arredamento un po’ datato, ma comunque tutto perfettamente funzionante e pulito.

LOCATION TO THE METRO WAS GREAT. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. ROOM WITH A KITCHEN AND ACCESS TO LAUNDRY FACILITIES IS ALWAYS WHAT I LOOK FOR.

THE ROOM COULD HAVE BEEN CLEANER. THE WARMTH OF THE ROOM WAS A BIT OF AN ISSUE A COUPLE NIGHTS--COLD AND NO ACCESS TO MAKE IT WARMER
