It's a cute and very clean room. It was cozy and just what we needed for a night. Staff were super nice, and very helpful.

The shower could use more power. The toilet is tiny.

It‘s an old building and recent renovations seem to have been superficial. It‘s in a good enough shape overall but you can clearly see the age.

Very quiet location and room. The bed was comfortable. The room had a microwave oven, a toaster and a mini-fridge. Bathroom and shower facilities were nothing fancy but clean and in good order. All this for a very low price.

The room was relatively small. After we brought our luggage and other items in from our car, it felt even smaller. The interior door mat was too small, meaning that, on the snowy night this was, snow ended up on the floor and we had to wipe up a significant amount of water.

I was later than expected arriving, but the owner called to confirm I was on my way and had a key ready for me when I got there. The motel is old, but comfortable and clean. Price is very reasonable. A much better experience than a stay in a downtown Montreal hotel last month.

Nicely located on the south side of the city with restaurants near by. Good value for money.

Furniture is a bit dated and the AC was noisy. General cleanliness could be better.

Strong urine smell in the bathroom that you could smell from the rest of the room. Mildew around the toilet. Outside ashtrays very dirty on all the outside tables of all units.

Wifi speed was excellent. Staff had receipt prepared ahead of time.

Single baseboard heater could not heat bathroom with door closed. Flooring was linoleum on concrete, which was very cold in winter.
