The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were exceptionally good. The breakfast was excellent and a good start to a busy day. Access was excellent with just a short walk from the outside door. That was very much appreciated as I have a walking issue.

I missed safety bars in the washroom and a railing to hang on to at the outside steps down. I had also not requested a handicap room where those facilities might have been a part of the package, so was not prepared to complain a lot about it. The short walk to the room compensated for these concerns.

Excellent complementary breakfast; probably one of the best we’ve ever had.

I like the service the hot breakfast was included the cleanliness of the room. And I also love the lobby very authentic.

Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. There was a very good restaurant on site and the complementary breakfast was wonderful. We would certainly stay there again.

There was no elevator to the second floor but that was not a real problem.

Everything was clean and well-kept. The hotel staff as well as the restaurant staff were friendly the service what's above average. I would definitely stay here again.

The amenities are a little bit older the shower pipes were quite noisy but everything was very clean
