- the bedroom is spacious and comfortable - the staff was very friendly and helpful

- the breakfast was terrible (very few options and the quality was disappointing)

the room had missing items, no outlets between that required me to use my emergency extension cords to power chargers and no maid service, even though door hangers were there suggesting such service if needed.

The street directly In front of hotel was blocked off we weren't aware till we arrived. The elevator was tiny and a rough ride. After one shower the shower curtain smelled horrendous and finally it said beverages ie drink machines i assume were available on second floor but we never found them

Hotel was nice, rooms were a good size and very nice beds, comfortable. I loved the duvets. Great Keurig coffee machine in room. Breakfast was continental style but lots of goodies. Again the coffee was excellent. The kids liked it too. Going out the front door, you were on a lovely walking promenade easily reaching many stores, boutiques and restaurants. Charming.

As the street off the front door to the hotel was closed off to all car traffic, it was very confusing trying to find how to get in to the hotel. You had to drive around the back, enter the parking, then find the back door which was way at the back of the parking lot. Parking area was big. Really the only inconvenience. The hotel should have sent a note to let us know so we didn't have to drive around in circles for awhile.

The room was very nice except maybe the shower head was over due for a CLR treatment; the water was coming out in several directions at once. The coffee maker in the breakfast room is excellent!

The breakfast. Last time (two years ago) there was bread and a commercial toaster, this time there wasn't. Last time there was a waffle maker, this time there wasn't. One of the reasons I came back and recommended the hotel to my son's curling team mates' parents was the breakfast. - There was only one flavour of yogurt. - My last day, there was no milk so the cereal wasn't put out. - Only two selections of cereal. - More unhealthy pastries than anything else worth eating. - It was nearly impossible to make a complete and healthy meal out of what was available.
