Good location & very clean.

Parking situation.

We turned up extremely tired after a sleepless night on a train, Jo on the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is extremely clean. Very pleased with the staff. Breakfast good. Loved that hot tea and coffee were always available.

There should be light service in the rooms daily. Mostly to empty garbage and change out towels.

It’s super close to the Paramount Theater. We were able to valet the car and walk to the venue for our evening entertainment. The valet guys were professional and friendly. Clean and comfy room.

The listing advertised a hot tub, but when we arrived, we learned the hot tub had been tiled over and instead, our only option was a “heated” pool that was absolutely freezing. Also, the breakfast was pretty meh.

Valet parking is a rid off. Be aware. Billing is confusing.

Gwen was excellent. Her customer service is outstanding. There was a mix up on the charges and she without hesitation fixed the issue. She has recommendations on how to get where we needed to go. Was friendly and helpful.

Elevators broken. Only one worked. Usually a line to get upstairs. One thing to note is no bars or restaurants around location. Not hotels fault but that was one of the only things we we didn’t like.

Hôtel très confortable, et vraiment bien situé. Chambres spacieuses et bien équipée, rien à dire. Je n'ai malheureusement pas profité de la piscine ni du Fitness Room. J'ai pu rejoindre plutôt facilement l'aéroport en transport en commun

The parking fee of $45 is the most I have paid in the world. I found it to be exorbitant and it influenced my opinion of entire stay.

Nice room and space for price

Front desk people after check in was inattentive . Completely ignored myself and others while waiting for service . Valet was super nice once we found him . Breakfast area was a mess - noobs around cleaning up . I was very angry when the cleaning lady was pounding on my door and scared my kids at 8 am check out day . Check out was until 11 or 12 ! Then comes back again knocking then while I was downstairs and my kids were in the room she just walked in my son ! No apology just walked back out after seeing him .

The facility is of good quality and the staff were very friendly and helpful when we had questions.

The control of the air conditioner in the first room was not working. Hence, we couldn't turn off the air conditioner, which was quite loud that we couldn't fall asleep. Fortunately, the staff immediately helped us change the room where the control was working, and we could sleep easily. Another issue is that there is only an option with valet parking and the guests cannot park their cars themselves.

Black Mold in toilet. Slimmy feeling bathtub! Other people trash still in the room.

Location was great. Breakfast was decent and I like how they always have coffee/tea/water and apples available.

I don’t like valet parking and that was my only choice.

The Staff were more than helpful. We have 3 kids and they went above and beyond.

The hotel staff were friendly & extremely helpful. The location was good, a nice clean, safe, & affordable place to stay! I would recommend this hotel.
