First the black guy at the front desk over charging me which making my card declined then he realized he is entering wrong number on the transaction machine, then finally some other girl comes in and she help him to do the transaction. At last i checked in i called front desk 3 times no one picks up the call then i just decide to do a early checkout bcz my stay was horrible i planned to stay for 2 days but i checked out within a day

Bed were comfy & TV with the option to sign into Netflix & Amazon Video was really nice

The water temperature in our room (for the shower) was either extremely hot or ice cold. We let it run for a little bit but unfortunately it never regulated.

The location was perfect for us; across the street from Vaughn Mills and within walking distance to Canada’s Wonderland.

Clean rooms and Dry Bar Products in the bathroom.

Loved the social areas, pool open until 11:00pm lounge and bar, as well as billiard table.

Bottom of shower had small amount of soap scum and no EV Charging stations for hybrid parking.
