the location was perfect for me since I was visiting family

old building in poor repair. there was black mold on the walls of the bathroom area and carpets were filthy. we checked in, but decided to check back out within the hour. man at front counter didn’t even ask why. he said we had to pay for the first day but would be refunded for the second day, which we were NOT refunded. it’s been over a week now. he refused to give me any check out paperwork. he seemed very incompetent and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. the owner should not be allowing him to handle customers. we ended up going to a different hotel.

no working ice machine, bathtub plug wasnt working for bath
