We were a group of families with children aging from 4 months to adults in their 70s.
The best part of this stay was without a doubt the pool area.
Some of the furniture could do with being replaced (rips in the sofas, some stains) but to be honest for what we paid and the fact we spent most of our time outside it wasn’t a big deal. One thing I would recommend is a dining table by the pool and some cushions for the sun beds as they were rather uncomfy. The pool table and table tennis table were great fun.
The rooms with air-con were a treat to stay in but the ones without were too warm and some very small with tiny windows.
Also, there is no bath which can be a bit tricky for small children.
Location to Benidorm is good, around €10 in a taxi each way. Aldi and a few restaurants a 15 min walk uphill.
Overall, we had a great holiday and would stay here again, thank you for having us!

From our initial enquiry to our departure the communication with Steve, Graham and Roy was magnificent.
We have been to a few villas in the past and this was a favourite from all our family, 17 of us.
Close enough to the town to walk down and 7€ in a taxi back. Chinese up the hill was brilliant. Having Aldi local was great too.
We celebrated my partners 65th birthday and granddaughters 18th while we were there, so that made it extra special. Our grandchildren loved the pool and games around the big table at night. Terra Mitica was a short journey and grandchildren loved that too.
Steve was only 30mins away if we needed him, which we did only once. What a lovely guy too.
I would highly recommend this villa to any large family, you'll love it

We have just returned from a stay at Medstar with a range of ages from 1 to 59! The majority of time was spent around the pool which was very spacious. Communication with Roy was great and also with Steve whilst in villa. The location was great for us although I think the teenagers may have like it closer to town - although this is only a 20 minute walk downhill and a 8 euro taxi ride back to the front door. We felt safe and secure at all times and it has a few restaurants and take aways in close proximity as well as an Aldi. There are 3 big chain takeaways at the end of the road although this does not detract from the quiet location of the villa. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

Just returned from a 7 night stay at Medvilla and had a most wonderful time there. The villa is very spacious and has a wonderful pool area that was well used by the family. From start to finish the communication was excellent from the Villa owner Roy. The villa is situated just outside Benidorm town in a quiet residential area. Aldi supermarket is a short albeit uphill walk which was great for shopping essentials. Couple of burger bars also near by but alas didn’t find any local bars within walking distance. The villa has a board of useful information and we made good use of the local taxis into Benidorm charging between 8 and 10 euros. The villa was very clean and had more than enough dinning equipment for our group of 16, numerous bathrooms and toilets, 2 TV rooms, pool and table tennis facilities and comfortable dining and lounge areas. WiFi was brilliant. The weather was exceptionally hot and albeit there is a shaded area by the pool it would have been good to have had a few parasols for sun bathing. All in all a fantastic holiday, I would certainly recommend the villa. We had a fantastic time and would definitely return should we decide on another villa holiday in Benidorm. We had a fabulous week with the family, for hubby's 60th. The villa was just right for all of us, and was very spacious and clean. We all spent hours around the pool, which was great for us all. Everything went well from start to finish, thanks to the great communication with the owner, who was so helpful. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Had a lovely holiday. Villa suited our needs well. Plenty space for everyone. Lovely pool. Any issues we had were dealt with quickly. The only downside was the pool area had a few broken tiles and some small broken mosaic tiles on the floor of the outdoor shower which we had to be careful of. Overall a pleasant experience. Would definitely book again.

The villa was advertised as a really nice clean place to spend your holiday at, on arrival there was a brief handover from the villa manager, it was immediately obvious that the villa is predominantly used for hen and stag parties, due to items found around the villa. The cleanliness was very poor, on arrival the cooker didnt work, the swimming pool was dirty and unusable and took 2 days to be cleaned, the sun beds around the pool where disgusting and had to be replaced with new ones, the manager also replaced the cooker on day 2 which helped. There where no utensils for the barbecue area, the table tennis table was worn and old as was the bats, the jecuzzi didnt work correctly and although it was a six person tub, the signs stated only 2 persons allowed in the tub at any one time, There where numerous tiles around the pool area that where cracked or smashed and had sharp edges. The bedroom where a joke, 2 of which had no windows and as the A/C was not working correctly, it was like being in an oven and in the end they was not used. The mattresses where disguisting, stained from top to bottom on both sides which was hidden by mattress covers, the decor was dated and the whole villa was in need of fresh paint & renovation. I have lots of photographs to show all of the above that I have mentioned, but there is no where that I can upload them to show how bad this villa really is. I wouldnt recommend this villa to anyone.

Great location, shops and a few bars nearby if you want to stay local. You can stroll into Benidorm in about 35-40 mins if you fancy a walk. Local taxis prompt and cost about €12 for a night out also.
Villa extremely spacious with loads of bathrooms, enough for 12 women to share easily!
Large and very well equipped kitchen with everything you could need.
We were unfortunate to get 5 days of torrential rain out of 7, but the villa has a pool table, table tennis and 2 huge areas with TVs with Netflix and other channels so at least we were able to watch films and entertain ourselves!
The pool and outside area is fabulous too and we loved the 2 days we got chance to enjoy it.
We had a great time, despite the terrible weather and the villa had a lot to do with that.
Steve who looks after the villa is always on hand and really friendly and helpful.
Would recommend and will return.

Everything was perfect 10 of us went all had plenty of space but could also spend time together in the living area. We made the most of the pool which was nice and clean same as the jacuzzi. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. And the owners were brilliant throughout the booking and the holiday.

We stayed at Medstar with family and a friend, the property was very spacious and had everything you needed, loved the pool and the table tennis and pool table was an added bonus, Had a few little issues, but they were quickly resolved by the lovely Steve, He was always at hand to help, big or small, he even gave us information of lovely places to visit, Lovely quiet area, with plenty to do in a short taxi ride away, really loved Dove Park, recommend by Steve, beautiful beach in a gorgeous cove, Thank you Roy, we will definitely be returning

The facility in real life is as described on the website. Will work very well for larger groups. Contact with the owner is trouble-free. The owner himself is very helpful and can be counted on in any situation. The facility is located in a quiet area. It takes about 40 minutes to reach the beach on foot. I highly recommend it!

Came here with a large group of friends and had an excellent stay! The owners of the villa communicated very well with us and made sure there was someone to greet us when we arrived! The villa was exactly how it was described! Having a pool, a hot tub, sun loungers, a pool table and table tennis kept us all happily entertained. If I was picky I’d say it would be useful to have another oven but that is off set by the fact you can use the outdoor BBQ area. Also note it is around 25 min walk into benidorm centre but we didn’t mind that and was nice being in a quieter area, also handy to have the Aldi near by! Would definitely come again and thank you to Roy, Steve and G for a great stay!

Absolutely amazing villa
As a group of 12 family members aged between 8 - 65 there was ample space for each of us to have our own family space and also great spaces both inside and outside to gather and have fun.
So much to do within a small distance.
We have stayed in other villa’s previously but none as good as this one. Communication was brilliant and both Steve and roy very both very accommodating and helpful.

What a wonderful experience.
I want to get started by thanking Roy for helping us out thought the reservation process, then Steve who live in Benidorm who was always on top of our needs, just one call away.
The villa is huge, well furnished, all the appliances work nicely, just as described in the listing.
Location is perfect, minutes away from all mayor supermarkets, highways, restaurants, beaches and city center.
Pool area is superb, we traveled with 7 kids (ages between 1 and 8) and never felt unsafe, they just had a blast as well as we as adults did. Would recommend this place to everybody and for sure we are going to rent it again next summer

Living rooms with games areas were great and TV had children’s channels to keep them occupied when they needed to have a break from the heat outside. Roy helpful with booking and providing information. Steve and Graham on hand for any problems although we didn’t really have many. A/C was effective in keeping interiors cool as we kept exterior windows and doors closed to keep outside heat out so we didn’t have any problems with sleeping at night.One little niggle was the kitchen which was quite small for our large group when trying to cook meals, make packed lunches etc as it got a little crowded at these times. Tina’s 50th birthday celebrations
Just had a brilliant week at the Med Star villa. Roy was excellent in the UK and Steve and Graham were both superb in Benidorm . We hired cars at the airport and the trip up was made very easy with clear instructions from Roy .
13 adults stayed at the villa where there was plenty of room. The bedrooms were great ( could have done with a few more a/c units however, as it was quite hot at night and some rooms didn’t have units) with plenty of storage .
The ground floor was superb offering full kitchen facilities, 2 lounges and a dining room although we always used the outside areas which again were excellent . There is a pool table and a table tennis table inside which were made great use of most nights
The pool was amazing and plenty of space for us all. Plenty of sun beds !
Would recommend this villa to anyone looking to take a group of friends or family to Benidorm.
Taxis are very easy to book if you wish, with all details in the villa and not overly dxoensive

We hired cars at the airport and the trip up was made very easy with clear instructions from Roy .13 adults stayed at the villa where there was plenty of room. The bedrooms were great ( could have done with a few more a/c units however, as it was quite hot at night and some rooms didn’t have units) with plenty of storage .The ground floor was superb offering full kitchen facilities, 2 lounges and a dining room although we always used the outside areas which again were excellent . There is a pool table and a table tennis table inside which were made great use of most nights The pool was amazing and plenty of space for us all. Plenty of sun beds !Would recommend this villa to anyone looking to take a group of friends or family to Benidorm. Taxis are very easy to book if you wish, with all details in the villa and not overly dxoensiveJ.L 4th August 2019

Fabulous villa & holiday
We have recently come back from a fantastic holiday at this beautiful villa. There was 14 of us in our group. The villa is very spacious, lots of room downstairs and the bedroom's are all a good size. The pool area is lovely with plenty of beds. There is plenty of extras with the hot tub, pool table and table tennis. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need. The location is really good as it's only 10 minutes by taxi into benidorm. There is a supermarket and food places a short walk from the villa. Steve and Graham were very helpful and only call away if needed. We had a great holiday at this villa and will definitely go back

Vi var 16 personer vores børn og børnebørn der havde en dejlig uge i villa nr. 6 der ligger tæt på et supermarked samt kort afstand til den hyggelige by Benidorm med masser af gode restauranter og butikker PS swimmingpoolen er virkelig dejlig også for små børnq
