Good Location and breakfast.

Some areas need to get repaired. For instance, furniture and the flooring on the swimming pool area should be repainted.

The breakfast was better than I was expecting. We have stayed in various Homewood Suites and this one has the best breakfast so far. The ladies working the food area kept it stocked and cleaned. The food is Sysco food that you get at any hotel, however, it was actually good.

There was no soap for the dishwasher in the room. We rinsed the few cups we used and loaded the dishwasher before we left, but could not start it before we left.

Hot breakfast, clean rooms, evening social event with soups, salads and drinks.

Leaking and noisy tub faucet and being on the first floor. Too much stomping from guests on upper floors. Next time I will request to be on any other floor but the first floor.

issue with staff system frozen while checking In went through on my card but management kept charging my card with the first transaction pending while on a weekend it wasn’t and it’s going to post till Monday i say that to say the company has charged my card 1300 plus because of an error on their side I don’t recommend staff couldn’t give me a valid answer as to why

My room was wonderfully beautiful. It reminded me of a small one bedroom apartment. Extremely clean and with a fully equipped kitchen. This property has raised my hotel staying bar. The hot breakfast was good, I was surprisingly impressed.

Clean, comfortable rooms with ample space. Maybe could use some remodeling in the rooms and common areas, but despite that, it was, overall, a nice place to stay for a family of four. Pool was clean as well. Our kids enjoyed it! Great location --- quick drive to Space Center Houston and not too far from Kemah boardwalk. Quick note: The busier the place became leading up to the weekend, the less items were in stock during breakfast. Great selection during breakfast, but get there early!

Just needs a little TLC, remodeling here and there, and maybe some improved restocking throughout when low (towels/pool towels, breakfast items). Was no problem to go the front desk and get more towels every day ( friendly staff), just wish there were more supplied to the room and pool.

Everything was fantastic. We were greeted warmly when we arrived and everyone was lovely. My teenagers loved the breakfast which was hot and fresh. The pool was clean and refreshing. The suite was a great size and very well appointed. We had everything we needed.The location near NASA was ideal for doing things in Houston and in Galveston.

The only problem, which I reported, was that the coffee pot in the suite was not working, but it really was no problem because there was fresh coffee in the lobby.
