I always stay here when I am in the area for work,it offers a good value rooms clean good size and comfortable beds.i really enjoy the breakfast.they have a cook and they take your order and cook it. Most hotels offer you a few options that are in a warming tray.

We were mistakenly put in a handicapped accommodation and I was very sore from the drive & really needed a bath. The front desk receptionist was a little curt when asked if we could change it and insisted we ordered a handicapped room. Otherwise, a very nice, comfy stay.

This is my go to hotel when I am in the area.the beds are comfortable and I enjoy that you can get breakfast made to order.

Unfortunately - nothing

Room was not properly prepared for guests. Sink would’t drain, there was something unsightly in the toilet bowl that wouldn’t flush away, a bad stain on the room ceiling, the tv remote didn’t work to select/change stations, no cups in the room, the refrigerator did not adequately cool, just one small bar of soap & they didn’t make up the room & change towels during our three day stay. Whee we n complained to two different front desk staff that ‘claimed’ to be managers, try he had a surly attitude, told us their policy was to only clean the room every four days - & that the policy was posted everywhere. We didn’t see it when we made our reservation, or anywhere in the hote. I’ve had cleaner rooms & more pleasant, helpful & professional staff at Red Roof Inns - & at half the price

rooms felt tighter than the Hiltons I have stayed at and the walls a little thinner.

The beds are very comfortable and I like that they have a chef that cooks breakfast to order for you.very few hotels do that now.this is my go to hotel when I am in the area for business.

Staff were friendly and personable. Room and most common areas were clean and orderly.

Dirty dishes from room service were left in the hall and not moved during our stay. Fire alarms went off repeatedly- false alarm thankfully - but had to ask the front desk to find this out.

Didn't get invoice. Confusion about included breakfast whether it's included or not. Loud air conditioner. I think they don't know how to charge credit card. Payed using booking.com, Hotel won't get me invoice, booking.com either. Don't use this for business trips.
