Staff very friendly and helpful. Really good that gym and both indoor and outdoor pools, and was able to run on quiet road as well. Continental breakfast and everything that would be expected. We very much enjoyed our fish and chips and donor dinners - pleased to be able to sit outside and have dog with us.

Ideally we would have liked to have room overlooking garden, but we realize we had dog so that limited options.

I liked the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. I liked that the room came with toiletries, microwave and a fridge, as well as the pool and play centre for my son. The coolest feature was the self-serve waffle maker for breakfast.

I would have preferred gluten free options for breakfast and enough bath towels for all of us staying in the room.

I didn't like how the whirlpool tub was under repair or that neither pool was heated. I didn't like how the clerk couldn't find the reservation until I brought her the reservation confirmation from Booking.com on my cellphone. I didn't like the distance to the room from the car without the use of a luggage dolly. I didn't like having to find dinner off site because the restaurant was not open. I found the courtyard was noisy late into the night.

Location was easy and staff were accommodating. Room was clean and sufficient.

Temp in room was cool, unable to monitor the heat, extra blanket was provided upon request.

The bed is horrible and spring already broken and sinking in...

There were multiple insects in the room. when one was brought to the front desk still alive, the worker looked it up and it turned out to be a Chinese grasshopper. This was found in the towels, inside the bathroom. Beds were uncomfortable. Toilet was not bolted to the floor properly which made the toilet unstable.

Due to all the pandemic changes and people not wanting to work all the places are suffering to get workers. They were doing their best in these trying times. Restaurant food was cold by time it got to table 😫

It was convenient for us riding the Sequin Rail Trail. Nice to have restaurant attached to main office.

Empty beer cans greeted us at our door. Three adults - 1 queen bed and a pull out couch, the price could have been a lot cheaper. No enough towels for three adults. Lamp lighting only, switches but no room lights. TV remotes didn't work

Staff were nice, breakfast Ms were good.

Pool was murky and all the flower beds were overgrown with weeds which gave me the impression of being not cared for.

Breakfast was fair. We always stay in the king suite as we have stayed every year for 5 years. Room is getting a little outdated and much more expensive but nothing updated in it. Could use a good carpet clean. The addition of the outside fire pit and chairs was a nice addition. Gardens could use some work overgrown and weeds. But over all nothing that cannot be worked on.

There really isn’t anything that I didn’t like. The price was a little steep
