We were able to upgrade to the King suite and it was perfect! Very clean, really comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Loved the feel of the hotel!

It is rated a 2 star hotel, and based on the photos and rating I was not expecting more than a cheap place to stay. It turned out the decor was purposefully dated as it looked recently renovated. The room was small, but very comfortable, and this was the most cost effective accommodations in town. It was priced less than a private room in the hostels, yet it is a hotel with a private room... I didn't mind the shared bathrooms, they were sparkling clean. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, and parking was included, which was a bonus. Location was fantastic, right in the middle of Jasper town centre, surrounded by lots of great eateries and pubs.

not much I can comment on, again, I went in with lower expectations and ended up very pleased.

Location and cleanliness

It says its hotel but its kinda hostel as you have shared bathrooms. If you have shared bathrooms for a floor you should have atleast 6 instead of 1

The bed was too soft / saggy even. The window was stuck in the closed position.

The pillows were amazing!! Room was cute and comfy bed. Really happy overall. This was and always will be my favourite place to stay!!

No coffee in the room. I had a small shared bathroom room but I was sad there was no coffee maker in the room.

The property is in the middle of everything you need. The room is clean and staffs are friendly.

We got the room with shared bathroom. Although the bathroom and cr are clean, you need to go out your room to use it.

The shared bathroom was spotless the first time i used it but this morning at 6.30 the bath was disgusting. Not the hotels fault but whoever used it and didnt bother to clean it after.

The location is excellent. And although I had a room with a shared bathroom, it still was totally fine in part bc I had a sink. Also, I was a little concerned how comfortable this place would be given the pictures and crazy decor, but I was pleasantly surprised. Everything worked out great. And there is a great laundromat across the street if you need it!

nobody said it was haunted. when you stay at a place that is over 100 years old you want to think it has a mysterious past and may be haunted. :)

Room was extremely hot. Staff said Hotel could not update for Air Con for some reason. Said to turn on the fan and open a window. But the lobby and hallways all had aircon???? Hmmmm

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Originally we only wanted to stay one night but ended up staying 3 nights and would have stayed more if there were vacancies.

Just the stairs. We are both in our 60's with bad knees and knee replacements.

The hotel is super clean and well maintained. The room was immaculate clean, so did the shared bathrooms. the location is premium, right downtown. The staff were very friendly. We’re very happy with great deal we got in a long weekend. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again next time we visit Jasper.
