There was hair in the bathroom . No alarm clock, no microwave . Overall, I did not like the room.. the carpet is so dirty and old. The bathroom floors are so dirty, especially in the corners. It's not worth spending so much money. And the corridors smell like food all the time. We have been at Hotel Nova at a different location before, so we planned on booking this one as our previous experience was awesome.But this one highly disappointed us.

We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels & this might just have been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in regards to management. This hotel allows dogs, which is not a problem at all but they don’t enforce rules. We stayed next to a room with a small dog that barked until 2 in the morning, non stop…as the dog was left alone for numerous hours. When we finally had enough at about 1130pm, I called the front desk and the lady told me they would look into it. 30 minutes later the dog was still barking, so called again. This time the lady at the front desk told me there’s nothing they could do and proceeded to hang up on me when I asked for a different room or further compensation. At checkout, I mentioned this to the manager who couldn’t have cared less and told us to have a nice day. Will never stay here or another hotel in this chain again. Absolutely awful.

The carpets in the entire building needed to be vacuumed. The sign said that the cleaning staff had been cut down to cleaning your rooms every 3 days. The food in the Restaurant was not all that good. The wallpaper, in the rooms, was peeling away, and floor tiles were missing grout.

No rooms available for when we arrived at 330pm. Disconcerting. Had to attend an event and the only option was to come back later, after 11pm and hope they had it sorted out. They did have room. Went to the room and gross… wasn’t even cleaned. Beds used and towels used, some trash on the floor. Luckily they had only one other room available in the entire place. If there was no other room available we would have to leave and travel back to our home city. We drove obviously. Also, homeless person camped outside close to the main door. Nice. And cigarette butts everywhere as well. And lastly, needed accessible parking for the wife… nope, others were parked in those spots without the appropriate tags. Staff made no effort to accommodate her needs. A memorable stay, for all the wrong reasons. Will never come back.

The lamp in the bedroom was broken, the tvs were small and old, there was only 1 wash cloth in the suite. No free breakfast.
