Staffs inability to react to requests. Requests needed to be sent to management or off site personnel before decision was made.

The staff was amazing ! Some of the best in Alberta ! So friendly !

We are ended up having to check out early and not stay the second night but because it was 2pm and after the 11am check out we were charged the full rate . Felt this was unfair as it should have been at a reduced rate. I’m sure they had someone else in that room that night

We enjoy are over night close to family

Too much chlorine in the hot tub could only stay 10 minutes Our room had an odorizer smelled like cigarettes

Location was good everything was good

Friendly staff at front desk and great housekeeping throughout. Room was fresh smelling and nicely laid out. Breakfast was great.

Layout of the breakfast area - a little time spent in reconfiguring this area would I’m sure be greatly appreciated by your guests as would changing your hours to 6:30 - 9:30 closing at 9:00 am caused a bottleneck of guests arriving just in time for the cut off

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was modern, spacious and had a comfy bed.

Pet friendly room was great but needed the carpet cleaned very badly. I understand why it wasn't without stains but it was beyond dirty. When I used a rag to wipe up a bit of water we spilt, the rag was black.

Had some issues getting on the Wifi; but the next day it worked well.
