Went with the kids, the waterslide was not operational, only told when arrived. tv programming kept dropping off.

It was pretty good

Water slide and hot tub was not working. Hotel room smelt like smoke. Sketchy guy roaming the parking lot scoping out cars/trying to open doors

Too many people smoke around the doors it smells like smoke in the room

the rooms are fantastic

I didn't know until I checked in the pool and got tub were closed.

Was not impressed that the pool was unavailable after being told it would be. Kids were let down. One of the reasons we booked this place was for them to swim. Was told they had a busy weekend and it was being serviced

Beds & room were comfortable and clean.

The rooms were so bad, they had a bad smell as soon as we entered. The sheets were not replaced, you could see the hair strands on the pillow covers and it seemed like the sheets were never replaced as they were all wrinkled up and dirty. I mean the pictures are not even close to what the reality is. I would suggest to stay somewhere else even if it requires you to spend a bit more.... Lastly, the breakfast is not included so its really a pain in the .. to stay at this property. Honestly, the worst experience ever, i think its the same with all travel lodges which are in smaller city's.
