Facility was clean and beds were comfortable.

I booked on line which indicated there was no deposit required. When I arrived I was advised of a $50 fee "for incidentals" which would be refunded to me. This is a deposit. Deposit is fine, but not when advertising indicated there was none required. When I asked the staff she was very unfriendly and disregarded my concerns about the discrepancy.

Hot tub was closed. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and this was the only time I’ve ever seen it closed.

fire alarm which is no one’s fault… but it happened as we were checking in. we patiently waited and got checked in only to get to our room and find the fire alarm in it going off. when we went back to the desk to ask about it we were told nothing they could do we had to wait it out. huge disappointment of an answer…. could have moved us to another room… we had just patiently waited it out in the lobby … it was late .. now we were expected to wait it out in our room? crazy we left to go eat for 2 hours and came back and it was off…. shouldn’t have to pay that much to not be able to be in your room

fire alarm going off and then again in room we got checked into and told it will take time to fix and nothing being done. left the hotel for 2 hours couldn’t take the alarm goign off in room and nothing being done. no compensation either.

I like its’ location-very easy access to get anywhere in the City.

My biggest complaint is that since these places no longer clean, I don’t see why it should be so tough to at least replace, coffee, tea, cups and glasses in the morning. Also we find the staff at the front desk almost afraid to look up and say a simple hello once they’ve done their job of getting you checked in.

It is not worth for the money This is not what I expect from a 4 star hotel Poor facilities average room
