how clean it was and how pet friendly it was.

the water pressure of the bathtub was very low and our bathroom sink clogged up pretty quickly.

The room that they give us it smell at cigarette alot the carpet was with a big spot and the sifa bed had trash I call and they change me of room the staff was so nice and help me to change of room

Excellent breakfast and coffee always available in the lobby.

The bed was comfortable.

The desk staff was rude. She processed me through too fast. Didn't go through the details on the breakfast times (which we missed)There was an oder in the room, like mildew, parking was $15 00. (Didn't pay for parking at the Hampton Inn in Palm Desert) and the pool looks like it needs to be replastered.

The outside was clean and your employees were nice

When I first got to my room i found trash under the little cubes in the rooms. I think parking fee is ridiculous. Ive stayed with you guys before and that wasn't a thing. The pool was cloudy and the first morning there we had to walk over to another hotel for breakfast.

the pool was was indoors and small. That made it humid and really loud. The breakfast was not great at all.

The staff at check-in was great! The room was very clean and comfortable. There's a movie theater across the street. We never went to breakfast but they had to-go bags made up for late-risers.

The walls were paper-thin. We could hear everything being said in the rooms next to, and above us. The chlorine-smell in the pool area was over-whelming. The last night of our stay, the security locks on the outside of the building mal-functioned. We had to walk around the entire building to get in. We asked about it at the front desk and were told, "Yeah, a lot of people have said they're not working today. I don't know what's going on." It had apparently been an issue for several hours and they hadn't called anyone about fixing it. Not the same staff that was working when we checked in.

Everything was fantastic from check in to check out. We will be back! Beautiful and clean room, great breakfast, courteous staff, clean pool... Very happy with our stay!
