Rooms were nice and spacious, pools were lovely, property was really nice.

We had 2 rooms that we asked to be close together when we booked. We paid extra for both rooms to be pool views. One room was lovely. The other room was several rooms and around a corner away and had a view of the chair lift at the very edge of the pool. It was not a pool view. This room also had plumbing issues (the toilet was unusable) and water damage. The A/C was stuck in the first room and we froze all night even though it was on 85. Definitely some issues.

The staff was amazing. Kaylin, Caeson, Mike , and all the morning staff was amazing. They were always very friendly and helpful. I loved the shuttle the grounds were beautiful and the location was perfect.

My room wasn’t the cleanest. House keeping did not come and fix it after I said something about it. The pool could have been cleaned more often.

Long wait for the room to be ready. Minimal lights in the room. Room located far from the rest of our party. Loud guests yelling/talking outside of our room at 1:30am. Uncomfortable beds. Not what I expected for the cost.

Staff was amazing. Went above and beyond to solve problems and provide excellent service. Rooms were quiet.

Property was large, so my room was far from the lobby, fitness center, restaurants and pools. Also, parking was not monitored, so I worried about my car.

I love the landscape.

Luckily, the check-in person accommodated me with a room closer to jackrabbit Road. I had a medical procedure at 6:30 in the morning so I was unable to have transportation from your Shuttle because no one works that early. I walked to the location and took my luggage with me. Two of the lamps in the room did not work. It was no clock in the room, trash cans were a bit bizarre with two buckets so I was supposed to start trash? Beautiful facility, and extremely large.

Location was great for our trip. Pool was very nice as well as the breakfast.

The hotel was nice as well as the facilities. They could not do an early check in which was annoying. Rooms were pretty outdated which bummed us out for the price we paid.

difficile d'avoir un transat près de la piscine, il faut s'accaparer d'un transat très tôt. En journée, les abords de la piscine, ne sont pas assez souvent nettoyé, reste de gobelets, serviette à terre. La femme de ménage est passé 1jr sur 2, à changer les serviettes mais n'a pas enlevé les anciennes et vidé les poubelles.

Dirty sheets not accommodating, rude staff room smelled disgusting and no food anywhere. Horrible for over 350 per night. Also are room was not even ready and we had to get a different room

Everything was awful

Great grounds with plenty of parking. Two pools.

Rooms have great potential but they looked a little tired and dated; especially in the bathrooms. Needs some attention to detail when being cleaned. Mattresses were trash.

Large property with lots of activities to do onsite. Our family, 3 adults and one child fit in their 2 queen 426 sqft room. The restaurant onsite severed really tasty food. There are two pools onsite, the south pool is the only one that has the hot tub if you want to be by it, book the south end. The north end is by the lobby and other pool. Very family friendly, beautiful courtyard with water fountain. Corn hole, ping pong, connect 4 and Jenga games. The room featured a small sink with coffee pot, fridge, and a larger sink in bathroom. Plenty of area to get ready and do makeup. Closer held 4 people’s clothes. Loved the balcony and enjoyed facing the pool! Free warm cookies at front desk area bonus! Happy vacationing!

Only having one small hot tub for this large of a property is a down fall. Since there are two pools there should be two hot tubs. No elevators. Cornhole game on south end of pool needs to be replaced.

The rooms were spacious and beautiful.

The on-site restaurant was unexpectedly good. Basic menu but cooked exceptionally well. Service was also excellent.

Run down, needs updating and definitely could have been cleaner. Way too expensive for the condition rooms are in.

This is not a good hotel for single women. All rooms have doors that open to the outside, not an interior hallway.

We loved the luxurious room with huge windows. We loved the beautiful grounds. The restaurant was great. The staff was so amazing and friendly….everywhere we encountered them! Our only unfavorable comment was a bartender on Sunday morning with a frown and a chip on her shoulder. We never did get waited on and ended up leaving without the mimosas we were going to celebrate with. Other than that, we only had wonderful experiences.

Mala atencion en el check in. Solo Por ser mecicano y querer con una tarjeta mexicana. Un muchacho de apariencia latino por cierto, no me queria recibir la tarjeta sin siquiera intentar hacer el cargo. Tuvo que ir de mala gana con su supervisor a preguntar si la podia aceptar. Y la tarjeta paso sin Problema. Me moleste mucho por su actitud tan racista, apesar de ser miembro de Hilton Honors

Pools and restaurant bar was nice

There was only one patio chair on the balcony that was ripped and there was only one chair at the eating table and no chair at the vanity station and no shower gel and conditioner

Nice pools, convenient parking and close to old town Scottsdale.

The negative I can find is the bath/shower was a little small.

Large room, comfortable bed, sliding doors opened onto a patio, great towels, glass glasses, lovely gardens & landscaping, beautiful pools & hot tub. Pool side bar. Shuttle drove us to Scottsdale Stadium and Old Town.

Long line argyle coffee bar in the lobby. Only one person working there, when there was a large business conference staying at the hotel. Made for a long wait for morning latte.

Nobody around to help answer questions for a very large property that is confusing with its twist and turns in the hallways. Somebody thought it would be a good idea to make the path a puzzle to get to the rooms.
