Location was very good, two restaurants right across the road. This was an old motel but suited our needs. The air condition was not hooked up yet but he gave us a fan. The screens - one had a small hole in it and the small window had a gap. There were no bugs so was okay. The beds were comfy and everything was clean and the price was very good as well so very reasonable to stay a night. I would use this motel again because it was clean and the location was excellent for us.

very loud next door !

The location is good. There are two breakfast places, one next door and the other across the road. There is also a Tim's across the intersection.

The walls are very thin, after all, this place was built in the late 50's or early 60's, so you can hear the conversation in the next room easily. While I was there someone called the police due to loud shouting from inside and outside one of the units. I also found cleanliness to be an issue. The microwave, fridge, counter and sink were reasonably clean, the rest was not. You can hide a lot with brown flooring, curtains and a worn out brown 'comforter'. For two nights there was no heat. The bathroom needs maintenance as well as cleaning. The towels and bedding need to either be properly washed with bleach to get out the stains and dirt, or discarded.

the shower head was so low , sort of noisy outside , the bed sheets had stains . I brought my own blankets and towels.

very expensive for what they offer

The room is functional, with nice light colors, and clean. Appliances were working (fridge, microwave). Located less than 5 minutes drive from main street Paris.

I don't feel like it was a great deal - $100 (tax included) for a super-basic room is a bit much, but maybe I'm just out of step with current prices.
