The location was the only good thing.

Housekeeper entered our room while we were sleeping. There was garbage and crumbs inside the couch. Ton of hair on the floor in the bathroom. Tv didn't work or have any channels. Room was extremely warm when we entered. I paid way too much to stay in this dump.

The bed was comfortable

This inn was being advertised as breakfast included but then we get there and are told there is no breakfast due to Covid. They should remove breakfast included from their ads or give us a meal voucher for a local restaurant. This inn was a bit more money than others but I picked it because of the breakfast included. The room was comfortable but it was quite dated. Not worth the money we paid for our 12 hour stay.

The staff are just lovely people! The bed was very comfortable and layed on top was a down duvet that was just luxurious. I appreciated having a microwave and small fridge, the coffee in the room was even wonderful! Very clean, warm, and bright.

I didn't hear a peep out of the neighboring suites beside me, but I could hear quite a bit above me. In their defense, some people are just louder than others.

Breakfast? We left early no idea a breakfast or coffee even offered. The new young girl that started a month ago, Asian Jennifer, Jessica I am sorry was very pleasant,

I was not a worker with road equipment so would have been nice to have been on 2nd floor

someone shirts and pants in the close when we got there-not ours. took them to the office. They would not give me a discount-I am used to most places in the okanagan giving nurses a discount- a bit expensive for the room. next time will not wait until the last minute to book a room- can get better room for less money.

I liked the ground level entry and the modern door keys used. Parking was perfect. Our room layout was very nice too. The motel is close to many conveniences and amenities.

I was sad that the television seemed unsecured on the wall and pointed down at the floor with no option to adjust it properly. The cable vision had no readable guide option (“to be announced” on every channel displayed) and the cable vision kept cutting out (on and off repeatedly and sporadically). The beds were worn out and things were in need of replacement or repair.

the bathroom was old, grout between the tiles was crumbling, tub was well used, the fan in the bathroom didn't work the shower head was old and looked awful...room was not worth $148.00! Some of the light fixtures didn't work and some plug ins as well

The bed was very comfortable and the complex was quiet through the night. I would consider staying again because I think there was just an oops in thoroughness for cleaning. The price point was fair. Like that parking was assigned and was directly in front of the room. Quick return to the highway to carry on.

I was disappointed that the room had not been prepared better. Table and desk were not wiped down and had coffee drips on them. This led me to be concerned that given these COVID times, the room had not been sanitized between guests. I know someone who had recently stayed and that person said they were very impressed with the cleanliness so I was surprised with my room and a previous guest’s spills still being there.
