Bathroom door would not close shower handle falling off air / heater very loud

Breakfast was fast and good...the well-cooked bacon was delicious, was much better then the soft bacon. All of the front desk attendants were fantastic. The pull out couch bed in my king room where my grandson slept was terrible...not suited for a grown person.

As mentioned above, the pull out couch bed was not suited for a grown person...very uncomfortable (I tired it to verify it was my gown grandson told me and he was right.

I liked that when I called them directly on the morning of December 24th, the day of our reservation, to tell them that like most of western NY we would not be able to get to Greece that day and would have to cancel the reservation, they said of course they would not charge me because it was a storm emergency and the state had closed the roads, but I would have to go thru Booking.com. so far Booking.com has not been in touch with me about cancellation fee except to say they’d think about it. they’re still thinking.

Your staff was very helpful in dealing with issues regarding reservation and TV not working.

There was much confusion regarding the reservation. Our original reservation was made through booking.com. We tried to modify to come a day early. Was told it could not be done, then they could do it. Confusing. TV did not work in room so they gave us another room. Due to separate reservations, they locked us out of both rooms which took 45 minutes to straighten out. Everything was fine from then on.

Pool was not inviting, filmy residue covered for 2 days

Sink in bath room plug up ,no tissues box was there but empty , floor lamp held up.by chair no TV remote had to front desk to find one

Front office manager was very friendly, even after the first two rooms we were assigned had cleanliness issues (first had spills in fridge and awful burning odor in the microwave; second had a partially made bed, and third was acceptable. I appreciated how she handled the situation by apologizing, thanking us for being kind in the process, and spoke with housekeeping while we were there in an appropriate manner.

Hotel rooms could use an upgrade, wear and tear is obvious. Housekeeping quality should be more consistent.

Breakfast and cleaning was good.
