No elevator to access higher floors for seniors and for carrying luggage.

Room was not cleaned after first night. When asked why, they replied you should have told Us. Really? Like do I have to tell you to do your job? I wonder how much inconvenience would have caused me if the room was cleaned. Free Breakfast service started at 7:00. 99% people staying at that Inn are Field workers. And work starts early in the morning. So 7:00 breakfast was useless for 99% guests since they already left for work.

clean and comfortable

didn’t work microwave and heater. in another room heater was working whole night to keep 71 degrees nonstop.

the staff went out of their way on several occasions and were very sincere in there conversations with us. looked liked they really enjoyed their jobs

it is as old but clean

It is a decent, and clean hotel. Not too far away from the lake if you want a quiet location.

Breakfast spread could have more variety. My husband and i were slightly disappointed. The address to the location on booking.com was wrong and we got lost. Called the hotel and no one picked up to direct us and we didn't get a callback. The room we were given was freezing, we mentioned it the next day to the lovely receptionist and she immediately switched our rooms, even had the heater running for us while we were moving our stuff. That was so nice. Unfortunately I didn't get her name.
