Location
Understaffed. The reason for staying at a resort is for the poolside service this time of year. There were not enough chairs, umbrellas, or staff at the pool over the holiday weekend. There is plenty of room to add A LOT more! I also had to clean up the countless trash as there was not enough staff or trash bins. Many of the chairs were broken. Is this hotel going under?

The location was perfect. We chose this staycation for our 56th wedding anniversary. We loved all the palm trees and being near Pusch Ridge. The property grounds were beautiful. They did provide 2 bottles of water per day. They quickly sent someone to address a television problem.
We first reserved a king (maybe queen, can't remember) room with a balcony. Then were offered an upgrade to a "king size bed junior suite." Took that, as it was a discounted extra $30 per night. We were disappointed with the room, which really wasn't much more than a king or queen room. The bathroom only had one sink & not much counter space. They added in 2 chairs & 2 small sofas. I guess those "living area" additions were what made it an upgrade. We've stayed in hotels where all this was standard. We'd not upgrade again, knowing this in advance. The elevators didn't cover all the floors, making it difficult to get luggage up to a 3rd floor room. The coffee maker had a weird system for usage that wasn't worth the time to figure out. But the major issue was the added costs. Their Spa isn't in the main building, but about 1 mile away. No free wifi, from the dining for breakfast & dinner, twice each, along with a few drinks we racked up $1000! It was all so expensive, even despite things being more expensive in general right now. It's the day after check-out and I still don't have the receipt for it all that they were supposed to send via email. Anyway, we wouldn't go here again.

The view
Room was dusty, window seals were filled with dirt and bugs. Tooo many people in the pool! Water was murky. Son has a horrendous rash from it

Parking close to the room was nearly impossible!

Other than view nothing was good. Even the view, in our room we didn’t have it, we were able to experience that beauty only walking outside.
We paid $300 which is super pricey for their old and dirty “motel” I’d never call it hotel. There were vomit stains on the carpet in corridors, plus tons of dirt and it seemed it was never vacuumed. Chipped bath tub and dirty with a lot of stains towels. When I book a room it said they had cribs, when we came we got a dirty never ever cleaned pack’n’play (maybe for a lot of people it’s nothing but when you have a hyperactive kid it brings a lot of discomfort). In general everything was so old and dirty o wasn’t expecting that terrible hotel for the highest price in Tucson. Actually, their price made me to make a decision because I thought if it’s expensive it should be nice. But no. I stayed at $100 hotel rooms and they were much cleaner and newer.

Pools were ok.
Old and run down for the price. Needed a face-lift. Very basic. The body wash and shampoo were empty. One tiny bottle of lotion for 2 people. Room and bathroom needed to be re-done and were not very clean.

Always love going there
Slide and hot tub were closed and they did not tell us. This time was a total ripoff

2 pools, beautiful location, gift shop restaurant and bar options. Keep coming back because of the quality of everything! Keep up good work.
Need better signage directing to the Acadia pool area.

Beautiful place
My family did a trip here drove 3 hours just to stay here had a really good time but due to a GM abusing her power we left. Make sure to not buy anything there cause they’ll tell you it’s not allowed at the pool at least that’s what we we’re told amongst other things

Gorgeous resort, friendly staff
Ice machine was broken the whole time, multiple kids in the adult 21+ pool all day (heard them screaming in our room, didn’t want to go to pool because of them), wasn’t communicated to us that we could call the front desk for a shuttle from our casita, OVERPRICED

Location, clean
Beds, unable to find a quiet space for a call; for my daughter, waterslide was a bit short and slow to be a selling point; sometime had to park quite far from room

The location and service were great. The grounds and lobby are beautiful.
The rooms are a little dated. The food was disappointing. We ordered in-room service and ate breakfast at the Sundance Cafe and both were mediocre for the cost. We did not try the Epazote Kitchen.

The resort was nice, pool was lovely.
Our room had an air handling unit above the door that squeeked the entire time we were there. I alerted the hotel to this issue but nothing was done to fix it and we were not offered a different room. One of the pillows was worn and yellow looking. And to top thing off the first morning we were there my spouse and was enjoying the hot tub when a pool attendant came by and told him they had to close the hot tub because another guest reported seeing chemicals. The pool attendant told my spouse to seek medical care if he had signs of a chemical burn. Not exactly the best way to start a vacation.

The Bellmen were so helpful and customer focused!
Housekeeping policy was not explained and lacking. Service items had to be requested many times.

nice and quiet place in the Oro Valley hills, surrounded by Saguaro and a golf course
very old furnitures, very very noisy the air conditioning , the housekeeping came two days on four…

Property was absolutely gorgeous. Loved the Native American flutist each night and the multiple firepit seating areas. Bar was great for both drinks and food. Room was large and clean and quiet. The staff across the resort were wonderful. The Spa was really, really great, but would have been even better if it had a hot tub/whirlpool.
Coffee at restaurant and coffee shop was horrible - thankfully I brought my own and made it in with the coffee maker in the room! They don’t provide housekeeping unless you request 24 hours in advance and they didn't tell us that when we checked in. Room was dark and dated and Mountain View was over the parking lot. No cushions on the chairs on the balcony so we used the room pillows.
