Location was good

Pool was broken. Reason we booked the hotel was the pool.

Everything. We had a reservation booked in Nov 2022 for a 2-night stay as other families we know also booked at this hotel for Jul 22 -24, 2023 know that it is a busy weekend in the city because of the many city activities/events. On our way down on Jun 22 at 11:43 am, they sent an email informing us our reservation has been cancelled due to overbooking and corporate cancelled our reservation which is total BS. The general manager is such a liar and don't want to take on any responsibility that they had mismanaged the situation. One of the other concierges did find us a hotel within 5-10 mins drive but that hotel only had a room with one bed. We had 4 people in my family and two of us had to sleep on the floor for 2 nites as this hotel do not have pullout sofa beds. I'll be filing a complaint with headquarter. Correct me if I'm mistaking but I thought that's what hotel RESERVATIONS are for....

Check in was fast, Breakfast was excellent.

Very comfortable, clean, easy access to parking.

Handicapped bathroom poorly designed, my husband could not use on his own. Shower design lacked much- he was unable to reach hand held shower and faucets when seated in bath seat. Hand held shower reach was short-hard to shower his back. Had to bring in desk chair each time in order that he use sink for grooming- very awkward.

The separate room, comfortable beds, hot shower, great breakfast options.

The breakfast was delicious. The staff working that area were always very helpful and friendly. The hotel as a whole is really lovely and welcoming.

Please reassess the timing of your landscapers. Being woken by their leaf blowers at 6:45am on a Sunday morning was pretty disappointing. Why have them come to a building at that hour, to do that job, when it’s full of sleeping people?!

Beautiful hotel, hotel is very clean and modern looking, amazing breakfast, amenities open 24hrs for adults, what a bonus! Hotel has plenty of parking space. Room was very clean and bed sheets and blanket are so soft! will definitely return!

Breakfast was very good. Accommodations were very nice. Liked the kitchenette a lot. They even took care of my flower sprague for me in their cooler.

Toilet water was set too high. And the bathroom faucet is too far out over the sink.

Great room, lots of space! Beds are very comfortable!! Staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast is definitely worth checking out! World definitely stay again!

Big and clean

Only 1 staff on site the whole night. We have to come down ourselves 3 times to ask for necessities. The bathroom does not have body wash. We had to call to the front desk. Then we have to walk all the way down to get the soap. Then we realized that they only have 2 pieces of blankets (whereas when we booked we told them we have 3 people) so we had to call to front desk again. Then we have to go down to pick up the blanket ourselves. Then we realized we don't have glass for our drinks - then we had to call to the front desk, and then we had to walk all the way to the front to get them. SOOOOO ANNOYING!!!

Breakfast was fine

The room above is... Someone was stomping and moving stuff around for hours in the evening and again in the early morning. Called the front desk and told them again in the morning. Nothing was done. We needed sleep and it made it very tough. Would have been nice to have been moved to another room if available when we called down to complain about the noise.

I like that it was located centrally and was only 20 mins to DT Seattle

First of all Hampton Inn has always been one of our top choices for hotels when we visit this part of town back then. My family haven’t been to this hotel for quite a few years but I’m surprised that even with the renovations done over the years, it is actually subpar to how I remembered it to be. first of all none of what I requested when I booked was taken into consideration . I thought I booked early enough that I could have a room on the top floor at least but room was assigned on the second floor. I had to ask for a change of room. Thanks to the the lady who checked us in. The floor was very sticky I forgot to bring slippers and it felt dirty walking on floor. The tub drain was a bit rusted. there was no exhaust fan so I had to open the door after a bath as I could not see myself in the mirror. The bed was not as comfortable as I remembered it to be. The breakfast is exactly the same as when my family came here many years ago, if not worse. I still remember the biscuit with the mushroom sauce and I was hoping the choices ie more breakfast items, would be better this time around. Dismayed that there were not many choices for fruits. I know times are hard and will let pass the fact there is no longer a happy hour too. At least I didn’t see one. One stark difference from other similarly rated hotels is the fact there is no charger in site for electric vehicles. In these days where more people are driving EVs, it makes sense to put this in your wish list for your hotel. When a small hotel in a small town in Canada can provide 2 electrical charging parking spaces, why not your hotel- trying to grapple with why not in your hotel esp in the US?

Overall, the room was comfortable and pleasant.

The pillows were terrible and significantly impacted quality of sleep.
