Great location, close to the PA turnpike.

The bathroom floor needed a good cleaning. Towels were kind of cheap and we had to request another wash cloth since there was only one.

The room itself was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were just fine.

, My initial encounter at the hotel was very unpleasant. I arrived at 2:45 p.m., 15 minutes before the official check-in time. I was told that it was too early to check in. And that I needed to wait. At exactly 3:00 they called me over and checked me in and pointed to the watch and said see "we're just on time." If they had just told me that rooms were not ready or anything that made sense, I would not have been upset. But just to make me wait because I was 15 minutes before check-in is something I've never encountered anywhere else before. I had driving a long way it was very tired. Making me wait just because of the time seemed very petty. Unprofessional. Something I've never encountered at a Hilton, or any other, property before.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. When our key card didn't work, an associate dropped everything to address it and replaced the battery. The chilled water urn in the lobby was a nice touch. Having coffee always available in the common area was great.

A/C unit was a little noisy.

I have stayed in this location every time I travel to Pittsburg for over 15 years. These trips have been regular and done semiannually

Cleanliness pathetic. No refill of tissues in the restroom.Toilets are dirty. Carpets not vacuumed. Hairs all over the sink, on the bathroom floor. Got the room changed but found onion rings on the floor proving that house keeping is very poor and given a go by.Particularly in these times when Covid is still prevalent. Will affect guest staying in the hotel with none of the cleanliness protocols in place.

Breakfast was awful

They didn’t have enough parking. The room was really bare of amenities. They only gave us an almost empty roll of toilet paper and an almost empty box of tissues. Exactly two very small bath towels. The tenets bottle of shampoo. There was a water leak in the morning so they had to turn off the water to the whole building. We had to leave without taking a shower. No working toilet. There wasn’t even a pen or notepad in the room. plus it wasn’t cheap either. Also, they used completely stretched out fitted sheets that came off the mattress anytime you turned over. Lumpy pillows were provided.
