Bel hôtel bien entretenu avec services très agréables (piscine, spa, glissade), machine à boisson chaude personnalisable à la réception accessible en tout temps, fontaine à eau… La chambre était très propre, confortable et bien équipée. Le choix du petit déjeuner était au dessus de la moyenne (machine à pancake, gaufre, à yahourt…) choix de 4 plats chauds (œufs, jambon, pain doré, pdt), pain, céréales… Personnel plutôt accueillant dans l’ensemble

Breakfast was good. I liked the French toast. Didn't use the To go breakfast, but liked the option. Parking was included, so that was a plus. Location was good as well.

I did a really late check in and early check out, so got a room on the ground floor. I wasn't offered a choice and there were a lot of cricket noise. I called and reception said it's outside because of the rain. But the sound was so loud, that I was checking everywhere in the room. Noticed someone else checking in later, and got a room on an upper floor. So, didn't like that. I paid full price and the room wasn't comfortable. Couldn't sleep well with the cricket sound, My spouse is a vegan, so breakfast choice is super limited, and we understand that it's not always feasible for you from a business standpoint, so just wanted to mention it.

Breakfast was good. Flavored creamer would have been nice. Lots of choices.

Shampoo bottles were hard to squeeze shampoo out of.

Front desk gal was a little rude. Called ahead to confirm kitchenette in room, which was pre booked as such, staff said we were not allowed to cook in room- arrived and stove top with access to cook. Had to stop & pick up precooked food which did not plan since have severe food allergies and very difficult to find anything healthy & safe that is precooked.

check-in with your puppy went well. The breakfast as per usual was great, but who sees perogies on the breakfast menu at a hotel .... excellent!!!!

more luggage racks - couldn't find one anywhere on check-out

Friendly staff, very clean hotel, amazing breakfast!! It's also in a very convenient place with a gas station and Dennys in the parking lot.
