Todo!! Sucio, desordenado, parece albergue de drogadictos, duré 1hra y me fui.

The location is very convenient.

When you arrive you are hit with more money. Keep this in mind. You will pay "Service fees" and then a separate deposit. The deposit takes days to get back on your card. There were also multiple people living there, making it uncomfortable for us travelers. Several travelers were checking out early. Days early.

La atención del personal, sobre todo de Max y Gladys que se portaron muy bien ya que ayudaban en todo lo que pudieran.

Falta preocupación en hacer más bello el lugar, ví cucarachas.

La ubicación, el personal, estaba limpio.

Fue un alojamiento de transición y buscamos algo económico por sobre comodidad, pero cumplió con lo que esperabamos. Sin embargo te piden una garantía que en mi caso nunca me la devolvieron. Les mande mensaje y solo me dijeron que el problema es que mi banco se demora en reflejarla, pero fue mentira. Si sumo el costo del alojamiento más la garantía, no vale la pena quedarse ahí. Por ese valor se puede encontrar otro lugar mucho más comodo. El aire acondicionado es pésimo y los cuartos son super húmedos y no te permiten modificar la temperatura. Yo llegue muy cansada del vuelo y por eso pude dormir (solo aloje una noche) pero no hubiese soportado otro día mas.

READ CAREFULLY A few days before my arrival they wrote me through the Booking chat this message, with a payment link: "We are reaching out to inform you of an important update regarding your upcoming reservation. In accordance with our new booking policies, all guests are now required to undergo a credit card verification process, even if the reservation has been fully paid for. To ensure a smooth experience during your stay, we kindly request that you complete the credit card verification procedure within the next 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation by our system... Blablabla" The first time I tried to do it, they were asking me for a $ 1 authorization, after that a 500$ authorization, quite weird since I had already paid and I owed them only 27$ for the taxes. Long story short, it was a SCAM and when I asked them online and then personally how they could let this happen they were so vague and they claimed someone was using their chat trying to scam me, and that the same happened to other guests. First of all I found it very weird, and I still don't understand how something like this can happen on Booking. Moreover if this was real I don't understand why they wouldn't do anything to prevent it. For this reason, I have long wondered how fortuitous what happened could be... That's why I strongly suggest staying somewhere else, in order to avoid situations like the one mentioned above. Hope this will be useful for someone! DO NOT AUTHORIZE ANY ADDITIONAL PAYMENT BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL IF YOU HAVE ALREADY BOOKED USING YOUR CARD.
