Appreciated the customer attention from the receptionist on duty, he was very polite and answered all my questions, he even showed two rooms to choose.

Very little to complain.

This was an older property. The people were very lovely. Easy to find, in a great area. The bed was comfortable, clean, large. Nice and quiet.

The continental breakfast was bare, cereals, bread only. No waffle maker, eggs, muffins, bagels etc. The room was very very small, you could barely squeeze through to the far side of the bed between the bed post and the dresser. There was only a very small mirror. No fridge in the room but one was in the hallway for everyone to share

The location is excellent, close to Port Elgin beach and there was a BBQ with picnic area/kitchen and stove which our family enjoyed. We also liked that it was a separate house so we had our privacy.

Place was not clean, and not well maintained. It was not a comfortable stay for us but we made it work. Customer service/communication could have been better too.

Breakfast was not worth staying for. The location was good..5 min walk to beach

There was no TV in the room. The room was very small. There were stains on the sheets. No soap was provided. The hallway smelled. It was not easy to find any staff around.

Wonderful coffee shop 5 blocks away. Beach was close and it was enjoyable to sit and watch the waves with our morning coffee

Inn was tired, room was very small, double bed needs a new mattress, shower wall joints weren't clean, no coffee maker in room and no coffee until 8:30am. Continental breakfast wasn't worth waiting for.

Cleanliness, quality of linen, size of room, poor common areas, cost, ratings don't match facilities.

Friendly staff, casual atmosphere. Very, very clean.

Small things like: better working doors for privacy and safety; windows that opened and with screens.
