There was no breakfast, but there were restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The room was retro but very clean and quite comfortable. There were shops close by so if you wanted to get some fresh air walking was great. We saw the fireworks from the hotel room which was beautiful on Canada day.

I thought the place was great just the way it was. The outside looks a little run down but the rooms are a welcoming experience.

office wasn’t manned. couldn’t let them know they had not left enough towels for three people. hand towels were more like rags.

The room was clean, the beds were tidy when we arrived; the air conditioner worked fine.

Follow-up service for basic amenities such as towels, soap, and garbage removal is fulfilled by calling the front desk; note, however, note that responses are quickly deployed. Also, room's ambiance had an undertone of historical tobacco usage.
