Nice well appointed Chalet, nice location for a stop over.

Restaurant / bar closed, no 'walk up' pool (pools are part of Spa facility). No info pack in chalet giving details on recycling etc. I think facility struggling with staffing levels.

.Kitchenette without proper kitchen tools, oven en microwave are there.but no electric stove for proper cooking let alone for 4 people...

Everything was perfect . It’s a bit far from main activities such Sageney, Tadoussac. The rest is very convenient

The room is beautiful and clean! The staff are nice! We did the spa and it was very comfortable and enjoyable! Lying in the lounge and basking in the sun is also very comfortable! The nearby sauvage park, which is a 30-minute drive away, is well worth a visit!

Spa closed early due to low staff. We were staying only one night so we couldnt use it ... Nothing to block the light from the front door thats infront on the bed. Strong orange light by night (spot outside) or daylight ...

The chalet included an open area living room & kitchen, bathroom and mezzanine bedroom, all in pine-log cabin style. The kitchen was well supplied with essentials. The view from the terrace of the chalet over Lac St Jean was beautiful. Walking down to the beach was beautiful. The chalet was well-cleaned when we arrived. There was no cleaning while we were there for our 3 day stay (which was fine for us).

The Covid 19 regulations do not seem to be followed. In entering the reception area, the woman at the desk was not wearing a mask, nor was there any plastic shield. Not feeling comfortable, I asked her to put on her mask, since I needed to be within 1 foot of her to fill in forms and get the keys. She objected, said she didn't have to, and only did so when I insisted. When I returned the keys, it was the same issue (all 3 personal at the reception desk and around were not wearing masks). The beds were not comfortable (very soft, I kept falling off)

It was nice to have the full kitchens. We got together with our other friends for a spaghetti dinner.

Meals on site would have been nice.

When you booking please be sure there is no full kitchen & laundry for 1 bedroom suite. The lake itself is a joke, it is dirty and not suitable for swimming. The site is still developing but the staffs are all very nice and friendly.

Disappointed for the price. No stove, property was nothing special.

Beautiful grounds, girls at the reception were really nice.

Hard beds, curtains on cheap rod (would always come off the rings), electrical outlet not working upstairs, screen on patio door coming apart, early construction noise on Saturday and Sunday right next to our cabin, old stained kitchen towels/rags, cheap dollar store kitchen accessories, WIFI= 1,2Mbs, coffee for 1 day, we were there for 2. We will not be back, quality price was not worth it for 2 adults. Could be good for families with young children.
