great location, friendly staff

Room was not ready at 6pm; hotel charged our credit card for the stay a week prior to arrival date.

The hotel location and facilities were excellent. Right across the street from many restaurants and shops. A block from the Metro. The hotel restaurant was just right, low key but everything you needed and wasn't overpriced. The bartenders were fantastic! The valet was very convenient (but VERY pricey). The gym was outstanding! Clean and well equipped. Safe neighborhood.

I wouldn't say the room was the best ever; it was a bit outdated and could use some upgrading. Fairly small, lots of street noise and we could hear our neighbors through the walls. Only one bottle of water was provided and not even each day.

We called the main desk at 10ish for a wake up call aT 345am ...We never receiived call ... we almost missed our flight beck to chicagp

A/C did not cool the room in the afternoons, over 75 degrees in the room. Place a maintenance call, and no one showed up.

Location, rooms were big enough.

Breakfast variety isn’t much. The hotel is also understaffed.

My friend loved the room at a lot, and as long as she was happy with it I was verrry happy with it. Plus, the hotel was big enough for me to explore around at night when she fell asleep

I wish the breakfast lasted longer. I could never make it from 7AM to 8AM

I really enjoyed my stay, but not till later when I noticed my account has been charged twice for the stay. I used booking.com to reserve the room and had paid everything up front. However the hotel still charged it again on my card on file. I tried to contact the number and to my surprise, no one even picked up. I even googled to make sure I got the right number but still no luck. I finally reached out to booking.com for helps. It passed 5 days and still no response from the hotel. Booking.com eventually refunded the money for me. However I'm still shocked at how the big chain hotel does business.
