The shuttle driver was great! The 9th & 10th floor rooms felt much better than standard ones.

Aircon didn’t work in room. The guests were absolutely horrendous next to us on the 4th floor rooms. The staff was underwhelmed and mostly unqualified to answer basic questions. I upgraded anyway to a better room which was the equivalent of a standard room. IMO and I travel fulltime.

I liked how close it was to the city I really liked the room and decor Room service seemed to be constantly refreshing towels and other amenities which was nice I didn’t like how dirty the pool was the woman who was cleaning the pool area was folding up dirty towels and putting them on chairs for new people to use

We liked the location of the Westin. Although the hotel is very close to the airport, it was silent and we were not bothered by the airport traffic at all. The room was very comfortable for a short two night stay.

We didn't like there was an EV charging station on the property but guests were not allowed to use it. We had to go searching for charging stations even though they had one there.

The room was comfortable however it took a long time for the water to heat up.

Some of the front desk staff are good. Others are a little clueless. It took over two hours for my room service to arrive. By the time it did I was already in bed and asleep. I had called twice to check on the status but the person I spoke with could not be bothered. He simply said the restaurant was busy. The food looked inedible when it arrived. While location is convenient I would not pay for than $140 a night to stay here.

The bed was soft and Westin-quality!

The towels had yellow stains on them (period blood that had been washed I’m guessing?). The soap dispenser was empty, and that’s not really an issue; it was replaced when I took it off the wall. I was almost late to a meeting because I kept asking for the check at lunch and even though multiple people said they were coming, no one ever showed up. Plus I asked for the check at the beginning of my meal. None of these things are major issues, but at the Westin, where I’m paying more, I expected a little higher quality, especially compared to other Westins in the area.

There were no real amenities. You paid à la cart for everything. There wasn’t any thing extra Wi-Fi didn’t work in my room, the conference presenters had trouble with presentation because their Wi-Fi shut down several times . Breakfast was too expensive, people had no choice but to find an alternative to meals. I was charged an extra 115.00 as a deposit for possible expenses. Even-though My trip was paid in advance full. I don’t even know if I’ll get it back. One clerk said yes and another wasn’t sure. I spent $20.00 on 3 bags of chips. It is supposed to be a hotel and resort but that wasn’t true. I will not be returning to this hotel. Staff argued in front of us because they were short staff. So they wet short tempered with each other and with customers.

The bathroom didn’t have any ventilation! I had to put my makeup on near the bed so I wouldn’t sweat it off.

Should of had a microwave in the bedroom or on each floor rather than only in the lobby. Also, to many pieces of furniture in the Jr suite and television in the sitting room area does not work.

Clean, modern, and in a great location. The gym and pool were clean and well-maintained.

There were very few extras for the price. At over $250 for a single night for a double queen room, I feel that breakfast should be included.
