The lobby was very beautiful it was in a good location for my purpose close to university of Washington a lot of restaurants around. The room was spacious with a beautiful view.
It would be nice if there was a refrigerator in the room
The closet didn’t have a light
The neighborhood was not very clean.
I stayed for two nights
For a four star hotel I was expecting my room to be cleaned up each day and fresh towels provided, but it was not.

Location is close to University of Washington campus and U District train stop. The rooftop bar is excellent. The rooms are large and relatively clean (the bathtub is a bit old).
The central A/C was outside my room and it was a bit noisy. The bathtub was a bit older and some pain was chipped (that's cosmetics).

Location is great, so close to the light rail and in the center of U District
The decoration was outdated, dirty carpets. It looked vintage but messy.

Room was beautiful and the checkout staff was very friendly.
Had to call the front desk to get a mini fridge in the room and when I gave the valet a 15 minute heads up that I was coming down soon they still didn't have my car ready when we arrived to leave.

That it was within walking distance from the theater we saw a comedy show at
No pet area for them to go

Super convenient location across the street from light rail station. Also near many restaurants and supermarket 2 blocks away.
Excellent view of Seattle skyline from rooftop bar.
Room was small and cramped, no microwave. Didn't feel like good value for money.

The vintage remodel and the staff.Everyone was really friendly, and the guy that was the host for the restaurant even remembered my name. I loved the view from the room and from the restaurant.
The menu at the Mountaineer Club. Needs more selection of real food, not just dips and crackers. Smoked salmon dip tasted like tuna salad that I make for sandwiches, not something special and delicious like I'd expect from a four star restaurant. Also, servings for sampler plate were tiny.

Location
Response of staff who are servicing at the reception. Different staff tell you different instructions and understanding of pre-payment status. No plan B options to support guests. Bad sheet not changing frequently. Retrieve the challenge from the computer about payment status description.

Great location for our stay in Seattle. Highly recommended. Very close to Light Rail station for trips downtown or to/from airport. Room was large & comfortable. Great staff. Be sure to check out The Mountainering Club rooftop bar.

The staff was great, the parking valet was friendly. The decor was neat
The room door shook whenever someone else near closed their door, there was a large gap at the bottom of the door, enough to allow someone to put something under my door and open it, especially since the security chain was broken. The hallway smelled like wet dog/urine and the bed was like a rock.

Very close to 1-line for easy transit to capitol hill and downtown, and husky stadium.

The decorating of the hotel and especially the sleeping rooms is STELLAR. Wow. The beds were perfect and loved the pillows.
No refrigerator. This was very surprising. The a/c system couldn't cool the room down for comfortable sleeping. Again, surprised with the $$ spent on decor, and the HVAC system is a disappointment. We also were very surprised that there were very few restaurants to walk to that were not focused on students. (Poindexter was closed, and the Mountaineering was not open yet.) We asked at the front desk, but the desk agent didn't really know of any and suggested we use Yelp to search. For the price of a night's stay at this hotel this information should have a list of what is nearby and adjacent to the area.

Good location
Too noisy. The door “bang”in and out in early morning

Good location. The beds were comfortable. Lobby is nice.
the rooms A/C is not super strong, the rooms do not have a fridge or microwave. The coffee and creamer they supply taste awful. The staff was as if we didn’t matter. Dismissive, same with the coffee shop employees. The Mountaineer Club is restrictive and the food there is super limiting. The fitness room has no A/C and floor fans don’t do anything. No breakfast even though the site said there was. The noise from room to room is so bad they supply you with earplugs in the room.

Location, lobby staff were nice
It took a while to.get the fridge brought to room. Roof top bartender was very rude.

No amenities in the room, no coffee maker, no fridge, very expensive for what you get

The location was perfect as we were attending a concert across the street. We also loved that it had a rooftop bar/restaurant with a view. Loved the lobby where we spent a bit of time since the room was so small.
The room was tiny. The bathroom could barely fit one person. The room was very warm and stuffy even after opening windows. Ice wasnt available on our floor... not that big of a deal but still a hassle.

Stunning hotel, beautifully decorated, comfortable room
Staff weren't the sharpest - we mentioned on check in that the number registered to the booking (my cell) wasn't working in the US (we don't know why as I have a US usage add on for my phone plan) yet received multiple delayed messages and voicemails to the number once we were back in Canada.
Their website also promised a $25 light rail giftcard, $30 credit at the rooftop bar, and $15 breakfast credit - which the staff refused to honor when we enquired about, despite having screenshots from the site.
Rooms were a little on the shabby side with peeling wallpaper in corners and a musty smell in the closet.
Elevators were so slow that there was a near-constant queue in the lobby, we ended up taking the stairs all but once.

the front staff when we checked in and check out was coming off as rude. from the way we were asked how to pronounce my name to even greeting us was rude. wouldn’t want to go there just because of that
the food at the breakfast place and location

The beds were comfortable and the view was nice. The location was very close to the college. The property is old, but had a nice 1930s motif.
The walls were thin, and we could hear the bar until well after 1am with loud music and chairs scraping. Valet parking costs $52 a night. There was very little water pressure and the bathroom was small. The worst part was that there was not enough hot water meaning we had to take COLD showers.
