The location was great for access to what ever you need in the area. Room was large and the full breakfast was great, the breakfast host was super charming and very happy to server you a delicious breakfast to start the day!

Heating/cooling unit was hard to control, too cold, or too hot. Old units may need updating.

The shower was dirty and the bed sheets were stained.

Stairs. There were no ground floor rooms available. Glad they were so busy though.

We are trying to get a refund but the lady at the check in was not nice at all. Trudy Online search brought them up as pet friendly as we travel with our dog. They aren't.

Very nice staff! Had a complimentary breakfast which was good and an ice machine too.

The bed mattress was very uncomfortable because it had a huge soft spot right in the middle which sucked you in like a black hole.

It was easy to find and did have a nice breakfast.

We had to get them to come and clean the room. It had been done, but floor had stuff all over and used washcloths laying around. When we turned back the beds, one had hair in it and it was questionable whether it had been changed at all. They did willingly come and do floor and change the beds, however one had a long hair in it anyway. We thought that one was likely the person changing it, and we did not complain. Certainly not worth the money, but we had a roof over our heads for the night.

Good location. Room was clean. Offer towels for pool. Nice pool.

Bedding very dated. Breakfast had limited options. Breakfast area very crowded, could do better at limited the number of tables in each eating area. Even offer tables outside for those who choose to.

We had a ground floor room and you could hear everything through the walls. Not only from the top floor but from the adjacent rooms as well. Also the pillows were very uncomfortable.
