The location was perfect. The stay was wonderful and I truly enjoyed the gift that was left for me and my husband for our one year wedding anniversary.

My only issue was I couldn’t figure out how to use the coffee maker.

My card kept getting charged every day that was a big inconvenience. Hundreds of dollars extra because someone made a mistake.

some furniture was a bit tired housekeeping was a bit sloppy (forgot to change wine glasses, did not replace coffee)

Location-Wonderful, close to everywhere Bed-Very comfortable for me but my husband thinks it is too soft Amenities-Bathroom amenities are good and they also have slippers, which is important for me. I brought my own slippers but happy to find out they provide two pairs.

Checkin-Did not explain well about the included continental breakfast wasn't in the restaurant. We walked in the restaurant on 1st floor realized it was $22 per person. Hallway & Elevator - Walking out the room in the morning and smell cigarettes in elevator and weeds on the hallway. Complained to the front desk and housekeeping. They were more focus on finding out who did it to charge fines but not trying to get rid of the heavy smell. My husband and I had the smell on our clothes and hair. We had to go back to the room to shower again after breakfast, but when we were leaving around noon, the smell still there.

Bed were a bit small and a bit noisy but the sheets were clean. The room is a bit outdated and dusty that is more aligned with a 3 Star hotel
