All the staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly. It was very clean.

The area was very nice; I felt like I was in a good part of town. I appreciate that breakfast is included. The hot water for a shower is EXCELLENT and MUCH APPRECIATED!!! The room was clean and provided plenty of towels and had tissues!

They allowed me to check in 2hrs early so that’s a definite plus. Also the room was nice. The bathroom was the only issue.
When taking a shower it took about 4min for the water to get warm. I took the shower and as I was getting out the water actually got hot. The time frame is about 10min from turning on the shower to actual hot water. Also, the bathroom was very small. When you swing the door open, the door is almost hitting the toilet

The staff was amazing, truly great people. The value matched up with what I expected with how cheap the room was for the area it was in. When there were issues, the people working there jumped on it to fix whatever it was.
There were a lot of issues with the keys, we had to go back to get them fixed probably 8 or 9 times (if not more) in the few days we were there. There was glass all over the fitness room (and the facilities were minimal---understandably, it's a Comfort Inn---and then one of the machines was out of order. I have a vision issue, so I didn't see the glass until it cut me while I was stretching. There were issues with the cleanliness too, our shower was kind of rusty, somehow. And then we had to get fresh towels since one of ours had hairs in it.

Hotel is not in the same condition as other local Comfort Inns in Northern Virginia. Lobby and rooms need updating to compare with other Choice hotels in the area.

Rooms are spacious, coffee making and fridges. Bathrooms ok.
But the property is not clean. Carpets filthy. I was a solo. With 2 beds. The spare bed had make up on the sheets on arrival. Floors at front of rooms dirty, safe, Ice bucket and lamps thick dust.
Breakfast was basic, but this is a budget hotel.

it’s full of homeless people outside and in the lobby of the hotel, bed sheets were full of hairs and dirty stains, there are bed bugs crawling all over the beds, whole place reeked of marjuana. the hotel manager is the worst to deal with he likes to fight and doesn’t care about the health issues this hotel poses so he says.

We misplaced a tablet while visiting. The hospitality staff found it and turned it in to the front desk. Cannot say enough good things about this establishment! We'll be back!

The location was good.
There will some type of pills on the floor of my room which made me feel as though the room was not adequately cleaned. That kind of set the mood for an uncomfortable experience. The elevator lobby also had a funky smell, and the breakfast, though adequate was not as nice as other hotels in the price range.
