The shake shop being next door was the highlight of the stay. Fishing directly off the beach.

Cooking utensils were not completely clean in the unit upon our arrival. There were stains on the bedding even though it smelt like it had been bleached. The pull out couch mattress was extremely uncomfortable and should be replaced. It was nearly impossible to sleep through the night with the constant sound of other units flushing their toilets or taking showers. The washer/dryer combo was located in a closet where the closet door wouldn't open all the way. It made it very difficult to use. We stayed in 2020 and we rebooked based on how much we liked it that time but based on this experience, we will not be returning.

The 2nd bedroom is a little small and the room could've been cleaner. The kitchen and living room space definitely needed a thorough cleaning.

The elevator close to our rooms was down for several days making it a huge inconvenience

Staff was kind, whatever we needed they were there to help. Location is perfect to beach, restaurants, grocery and John’s Pass. Loved there was option to rent umbrella and chairs 9-5. Cash only rental. It’s our 2nd year staying g here. We spend our days on the beach and the condo to sleep

The bathrooms weren’t clean, mold. The dishwasher smelled sour. There were just some maintenance things that needed to be done. Location was great, just wish there was an elevator on the east side of building gym. Our last visit room was perfect. This room needed some TLC.

The cleanliness, furniture was beat down, the bedding was terrible, old and dirty. My mother and daughter both contracted pink eye from the pool/spa.

Location is great. Walked everywhere. Close to John’s pass and the beach walk. Nice condo.

There are no basic amenities. No corkcsrew. No paper towels. No coffee or filters. Beds were great…very comfortable but the couch and chairs were pretty bad. Maybe my expectations were too high based on other places I’ve stayed, but I wouldn’t call this a well-appointed unit.

The pools were great. Hotel bar serves yummy drinks. The two bedrooms made it possible for us to stay up past our toddler's bed time. Staff were welcoming. Steps to beach.

It was dirty. There was black mold in the shower. The furniture was really gross. I had to put a towel down to comfortably sit down. The windows let in so much light we had to tuck towels in to block it.
