Loved the shower and the dove products. Clean room, front reception was clean and inviting.
Downtown but it was still manageable.

Room was nice and clean the staff was very helpful the breakfast was adequate the hall were quiet and clean
The street noise was very loud the bed was like sleeping on the floor it was extremally hard and uncomfortable I ended up sleeping on the couch and the door on Simcoe is very hard to find not well indicated

The breakfast was fine. The food tasted as it should but there could have been a few more choices to pick from. No Danish pastries was a downer for me. The room was clean but the grout in the bathroom floor needs to be cleaned more frequently to bring it back to the colour it should be. For my liking, the tv should have been in front of the couch and not the bed!!!

It’s close to my sister when I visit
The first night was fine as was the breakfast but the 2nd night was very noisy …the room next to me the people couldn’t control their children so there was banging on the walls …yelling and screaming so I called the front desk and someone came up to address it .. things seem to quiet down after that … the 2nd days breakfast wasn’t as good.

We really liked the proximity to the 401.
The rooms were a great size for a family of 6.
Good variety at breakfast and 24 hour coffee!
The pool is small - and wasn’t balanced properly - our sons had sore eyes afterwards.
The beds were very firm.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was supremely comfortable. Space was clean.
The outside of the hotel is unappealing and folks smoking right at the main door and folks just generally hanging around out front made it feel uncomfortable/unsafe going to car and going in and out of hotel.

The underground parking was great because it was snowing, and saved us the time of clearing off the car the next morning

Convenient location to theatre and restaurants.
Rooms on 6th floor did not have running water! (Water pressure issue this day) We were not moved to a room with water. Unable to shower, use toilet or sink. Horrible customer service provided.

No hot water, toilet paper was almost gone...both rolls, without extra. Also, found a half box of condoms beside the microwave.

Nice clean hotel
Room service walked into my room while we were asleep and woke us up because the front desk said they thought we were in a different room. I am not sure how this happens as they have to program the room key to the specific room you are staying in. All they said was sorry and offered 2000 reward points. I should have got some money back for this error.

Questionable clientele - we were woken in the morning by someone in the hall yelling awful things.
The bed sheets were so crisp they were noisy - partner and I woke each other with every toss and turn because of how much sound the sheets made! If it weren’t for the that, I would say the bed was quite comfortable.
