air conditioner noise

I was extremely upset that my kids and I went for breakfast at 830am still 30 mins left of breakfast and there was NO FOOD. I asked the lady in the kitchen and she said she was too busy .. I didn’t feel like 140 dollars a night with no breakfast was fair . My kids were hungry and I had to check out early to go feed them if there is no breakfast don’t say complimentary breakfast it’s the reason I will choose another hotel next time I’m in Bonnyville .

No breakfast . When it went until 9 am

The hotel was in a great location, close to lots of restaurants within walking distance. It was clean and the rooms were comfortable.

It was a busy weekend (airshow) and there were only 2 people working the hotel which seemed to be not enough. The wifi was spotty and we had issues getting extra towels for swimming due to staff shortages.

No available seating at breakfast, pillows were too high, no towels at pool.

Better seating, extra choice of pillows could be left in room

Completely unstaffed knowing how busy they were for the air show.

I liked the location with lots of options for restaurants nearby. Continental breakfast and friendly staff! Kids loved the pool too!!

No hot tub,but cant have it all lol.

The pool and water slide was great for my daughter.

- The pet friendly rooms are on the main floor with all the cars parked outside your window, this means you get to hear doors slam at all hours. - Extremely noisy workers in the morning woke us up at 5am laughing and making commotion near the rear exit (by our room.) - There were no more clean plates at breakfast and when I let the young man working know, he was very annoyed and said “ I know , that’s why I’m washing them. Can’t you use a bowl ?” (This was around 7am) He was very rude.

some of the staff were quite friendly and the kids loved the pancake machine. the breakfast seating was very comfortable and relaxing.

our first room was not clean…there was some sort of bodily fluid on the base of the toilet when I called down to front desk they said “if your not comfortable staying in your room I can look for one to move you, but we are pretty full”. and our second room the sheets were not clean at that point I went downstairs and just asked for new sheets and shams to change it myself.

would of liked to see waffles back

would be nice to be able to use china instead of disposable plates and cups

The water slide for the kids was great.

Would have been better if the pillows weren’t so high. Gave me a sore neck. Would be great if there was a hot tub in the pool area to warm up as the water in the pool is quite cool.

Staff was very friendly

Phone in room was disconnected, so couldn't call for room service. Couldn't connect to hdmi on TV. Had to pay $7.00 for 2 glasses of juice, even though there is a juice machine which apparently is only for breakfast. Couldn't get eggs or pancakes in the morning. Room key was disabled in the morning so we couldn't access the pool. Which is open at 9 and checkout is at 11.Fridge was not cleaned out when we arrived. No microwave.

Friendly staff and awesome place

The air conditioner for sure! Beds were comfortable. Shower was great. The breakfast was good.

I think the girl doing the breakfast could have used some help. She was running trying keep upnwith the line up.
