Honestly nothing in my opinion exceeded mediocre except the staff which was above average.

Room was very noisy. There was a loud hum in the bathroom and traffic noise all day and night from the 101 in the rest of the room. The TV was very frustrating to use. There is no program guide! So you have to step through each channel one by one and find something you think you want to watch but then have no idea when it started and when it will finish. The room furnishings were outdated. The hot tub was in a terrible location and looked dirty. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. The underground parking was poorly lit and looked dangerous. We luckily were able to park in the ground level lot each night. Very poor hotel choice in hindsight.

Breakfast was great, free parking and clean rooms. The price was fantastic (especially for this area), and Brian at check in was professional and friendly. This will be my hotel of choice when I return to this area.

Great hotel in a great location! An excellent room with excellent beds and excellent pillows. The breakfast had plenty to offer. The surrounding area felt very safe. Coyote point nature preserve is next door and is a wonderful place to relax.

close to the Metro/BART transportation. easy to get to downtown. good breakfast.

This property was convenient to the airport, clean, up to date, loved the vending machines that included real food (okay, ramen/cup of noodles), as we had landed super late. A feature that was ridiculously my favorite was the water cooler/hot water access. Finding good drinking water at a hotel is apparently not easy—so I loved this. Appreciated a hot breakfast and coffee 24/7. Also like the bathroom product line—the smell, and something beyond a bar of soap.

Our stay was only a couple of hours since we arrived so late. No complaints.

Property is well maintained and clean. Have stayed at this property multiple times and have seen the improvements they have made over the years.

Staff was very helpful when our prepaid room reservation wasn't there. Breakfast was an 8. The hotel was old but very well maintained, very clean and a little querky.

Booking.com screwed up our reservation. It took over an hour to finally check in.

The key to the door did not work throughout the hotel, I had to go around and call for an assistant who would come and open the door.

Location of the hotel. It was right in the middle of all the places we visited.

Key card machines were not working, so we had to be escorted to our room every time we left it.

Florescent lights, the key card reader was down and you had to meet an employee at your door to get into your room. It seemed like an old, not so nice hotel that has recently been changed to a Best Western. The rooms were dark and the beds were weirdly uncomfortable. The location is right next to the freeway with nothing else around it.
