Check in process was very smooth. Restaurant on site was delicious. The room was very clean but when we came in, the A/C was set on 64. It was only about 50 degrees outside so the room seemed very cold.

they would not let me check-in because they told me they did not receive payment from Booking.com. at first I thought my PayPal payment didn’t go through but I pulled up my payment confirmation n an email. I booked the night before the stay. While being to told to have a seat while they worked on my booking with the excuse that Booking.com virtual credit card didn’t work - I receive an email saying my booking was confirmed. I took the email up to the front desk and lo and behold I suddenly had a paid reservation. quite embarrassing to be told in front of a line of guests that your room hasn’t been paid for and have a seat. Oddly…they didn’t want me to call Booking.com customer service while I was standing there. Terrible customer service situation that may prevent me from returning. I book this property quite often.

No breakfast that I was aware of....location was fine...

Pricing a little high thru "Bookings.com"....probably could have gotten a lot cheaper elsewhere.... TV system a little outdated, cheaper kind of toilet paper, staff missed cleaning the room one day & almost 2 if I hadn't called..., but otherwise, great experience...!!!
