Sizable suite, good location and close to local beach and nearby brewery

The location.

This room looked and felt like it hadn’t been cleaned well in a while. And during times of covid you would think this wouldn’t be the case. The refrigerator was so dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The coffee maker had coffee grounds inside from the last guest and seemed to be broke by the time I got to use it. The furniture and bedding felt grimey. I would not recommend this place if cleanliness is a priority to you.

Dodgy internet and tv connection/apps, office being closed when we checked in.

Very old, urgent need for updating The hot water didn’t work- maintenance was immediately sent to solve the problem Wifi stopped working after one night. Maintenance couldn’t solve the issue. We were without wifi for the entire stay. Air conditioning only in the living room. The bedroom is unventilated.

You should advise guests at the time of reservation that the property is 'hillside' and some extra effort for handicapped and/or seniors may be required to get to the units.

I loved the location. It was fantastic. The size of the hotel was great as well.

The upstairs bedroom didn't get much of the air conditioning.

The room was so big, the back deck opened into a garden area. There was a washer/dryer and beach towels.

The office closed at 5, that made check in a little inconvenient.

The spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with all the amenities (Full Kitchen, washer and dryer). It was perfect for our family of 5.

I really appreciated that, though not large, the single units were spacious, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. I also LOVED that a great snorkeling beach was just across the street! :)

The condo was very nice and clean, having the kitchen was a bonus. The close proximity to Kahana Beach, was also a plus, for strolling in the morning and evening and quick scenic dips The facility was well kept and the staff (housekeeping & front desk), were very cordial and freindly.

Wasn’t what we were promised, an ocean view. When we got there they didnt have our reservation and had to sit out in our rented car on the phone for nearly a full hour to correct someone’s error.

How peaceful and quiet it was.

Never saw the breakfast Loved walking to the beach!! The lady in the little store, Dee Russell was awesome!

We had a view of the back of a house. when we were told we had a view No one ever came to clean the time we were there Should have more contact with front desk, in case of emergency ie: lost key, etc (we did not have any)

Good location, close to all you would want. Beach across the road, pool and spa just outside the door, shops and restaurants near by.

The check in process was complex. We arrived after hours. It took about 45mins to get sorted out. Turned out the batteries in the key safe went flat, so the safe wasn't working. It took so long to get a person to come and sort out. I'm sure they have changed the batteries now.
