Que no hubiera ventanas que ventilen la habitación,ya que tienen un olor a encerrado con la alfombra y que no se pudiera usar el gym ,

I reserved two rooms for 3 nights, Me and my family checked in and everything was great until 1:35 am when my wife and my kids started crying and calling my name because there was a guy trying to break into the room where they were sleeping when the guy heard my family crying he left but it took us literally more the 30 minutes to get in touch with the front desk agent who apologize and suggested to email management ([email protected]) to tell them about what had happened and to come down in the morning to speak with a manager. I sent the email as the front desk agent (Karoline) suggested and no manager got back to me. Went to the front desk around 9:45 am and talked to the front desk agent (Brenda) and she said that there was no manager available until 3pm and that she couldn't do anything, she did mention that if I wanted to leave I could check out without any issues I didn't want to check out because since it's 4th of July I wouldn't be able to find a room and I didn't want that incident to ruin my family vacation. At 3:00 pm I went to the front dest to speak with a useless manager named Deborah who kept me waiting for her for more than 45 minutes just to tell me that the only thing she could do was switching rooms and that I needed to wait at least two hours because the rooms she could switch us to were dirty. I waited around two hours and the rooms they showed us smelled like humidity. We just decided to stay in the same rooms but will not come back nor recommend this hotel to no body.

en 12 dias en 2 habitaciones, pasaron 2 veces por una y solo 1 vez a limpiar por la otra, los departamentos ofrecen para cocinar, pero no te dan platos, vasos y cubiertos.

Our room had an amazing view from the parks. I would for sure stay here again ! Me and my family loved how clean and how friendly the staff was

That they don’t offer crib for family that travel with babies and the breakfast was not good at all, I think they can do better with the option for food during breakfast hour :(

Quarto equipado com microonda, frigobar e ar-condicionado. As camas e os travesseiros são bons. A toalha é boa e bem limpa. O café da manhã é bem americano e simples, mas bom. A localização do hotel é bem estratégica pra quem quer curtir os parques da universal e os outlets

A Wi-Fi não funciona nos quartos, é péssimo. O chuveiro é bem baixo, pra quem tem mais de 1.70 tem q fazer uma manobras pra lavar o cabelo. A segurança é um pouco defasada, mas não tivemos nenhum problema.

Nothing . The room didn't have proper internet connection. The signal was too weak

Breakfast wasn't suitable. I asked the staff if bread was vegetarian, she rudely replied no....it had egg in it which is a universal allergen . The owner . I heard is vegetarian himself so he should understand that vegetarian bread would be a good choice and that meat eaters can eat that too . The water fountain near the toilets were not working and they wouldn't give water from the breakfast room after breakfast hours which was so inhumane of them. If the water fountain wasn't working then either they should have got it repaired or compensated with other option for water like from the breakfast room. Sad to say the owner is very greedy for money and only wants to earn money from customers but not give them service . The ice was available but not water ....very disgusting..would not stay there ever and won't recommended either. The staff at front desk were so rude ..they definitely don't like their job ..

O carpete traz aconchego mas deveria ser trocado. Talvez ter partes com e na area da mini cozinha sem carpete. Adicionalmente, a limpeza poderia ocorrer a cada 2 dias, não a cada três dias, pelo menos para tirar lixo e avaliar necessidade de papel higiênico, nao precisa de troca de toalhas e lençóis.

La ubicación del hotel es Excelente . Cerca de comercio y de lugares para visitar y recreación. MUY cerca a Universal . Es un lugar muy seguro para caminar y conocer alrededor . Cerca a los Outlet Tienen bus para asistir a los parques de manera Gratis y es con reservación Las camas son muy cómodas y la habitación es de Muy buen tamaño . Cuenta con nevera , horno microondas, plancha y comedor con bonita vista.

El personal de servicio es MUY mal geniado . No tienen buena atención. No se interesan por hacer sentir bien a los huéspedes . Todo el tiempo están con mala cara. El check in fue de cuatro horas de espera en la sala . No tenían la habitación lista y hubo que esperar demasiado . El desayuno debería tener mas variedad para los niños . Estuvimos 13 días y siempre comimos lo mismo en el desayuno. La habitación NO la asean durante la estancia . Sólo cambian sabanas cada tres días . Se ve acumulación de polvo y mugre . Se nota que no le hacen aseo a profundidad como debería de ser .

Breakfast was not good,, should of had a more variety and not so much bread.

Sink in room was draining real slow. Had to wait for it to drain to brush teeth and shave. Didn't have enough towels and wash cloth for my family. Was there for three nights and had to pick up towels and wash clothes daily. Should also have rooms clean a d trash emptied at least e ery 3 days but not at all during my stay. Also, parking socks. Had to park on another property.

The location is good close to several places and bus stops.

The breakfast was not very good; they only offered juice and bread. When someone books a room at the Ramada through a third-party service, they are assigned rooms in the south tower, which are very dirty, old, and smelly. When I requested to change rooms, they charged me an additional $168. AC was broken in the updated room, and I had to use a heater during my stay!.

Location was good, rooms were clean.

One of the beds was broken, it tipped sideways. Only one elevator was working and the stairs were flooded. Neighboring guests partied all night, slamming doors, yelling and played music until 8am.

Location was around Thai, Indian, Ethiopian, Chinese, Japanese, Irish pub. Bus route very close.

South wing is bit older than North suites

Café da manhã repetitivo 15 dias. Falta de limpeza diaria dos quartos, inclusive troca de toalhas, só a cada três dias. Só liberaram meu quarto as 21horas, cheguei ao hotel as 16horas e fiquei fazendo hora até liberarem o quarto. Reserva totalmemte paga. Perdeu o encanto que tinha, não volto mais.

Localização e tamanho do quarto . Lavanderia no hotel. Geladeira e Microondas no quarto.

Troca das toalhas de banho a cada 3 dias, um absurdo. Café da manhã muito fraco , pão , ovo, suco laranja americano , café , sucrilhos somente isso. Muito fraco.

Toda la estancia no funcionó el elevador, el tiempo de espera para el q funcionaba era demasiado Hicimos check in a las 8pm y aún así recién pudimos acceder a la habitación 1 hora después dado q no funcionaba las llaves eléctricas ( y tampoco el ascensor ) tuvimos q bajar y subir las escaleras más de 4 veces para q alguien pueda solucionarlo

The room was very old and dated, chunks of dirt blew from the air conditioner unit into the room so we couldn’t turn it on. The phone cord was broken so couldn’t use the phone to call front desk to get maintenance to the room. In need of lots of work and upgrades!!!
