We thought the house was lovely although we were disappointed with the water situation. I believe you have a backed up septic into your water supply. Bad for showers, etc. Might want to check this out before other guest arrive. Also wanted you to know the doorstop to the bathroom was split on arrival. (nothing a finishing nail can't fix) The view is spectacular.

Bathroom facilies upstairs for seniors. Plus squicky floors but understand for the age of the house.

The view was fabulous.

Beds squeaked badly with every move. Entire 2nd floor shook when walking in master bedroom. No air conditioning so was hot sleeping. Thermostat light lit up bedrooms all night. Sky light had no blind so was very bright in the room as soon as the sun came up. Overall the place looks spectacular but we had really poor sleep.
