Breakfast Staff very nice.

Fixtures broken or damaged in the bathroom (shower head has loose plate).

The AC was great! Location is right off the highway.

The 32 inch outdated TV. Couldn’t stream from my phone because it was not a smart TV.

Poor lighting in bathroom.. blinking/ flashing fluorescent bulb.. Nasty stains on both chair & couch.. complain to front desk.. they could do nothing about to change room .. full house

A limited breakfast offering.  I would like to have seen more variety. While the room was quiet and clean, there was a window that went into the hallway, which was not great.  The hotel was convenient to the Parkway.

nothing was as expected if you take into account the cost: it was dirty ( we found bed bugs and gave a “sample” at reception), feel unsafe (homeless sleeping in one part of the hotel and taking all food from breakfast), did not change or clean the room in almost one week ( only once when I asked for it!)

I do not like inside the room everything is dirty. the window is dirty and The Cutting is oh my goodness you can't even describe.. hair dryer it's not working.the hallway is 😷😷 so bad. Also is very expensive I pay more than $500 for 2 nights.

the Staff was rude and would ignore any questions or concerns. when we first checked in, they gave us a dirty room! room 333, the bed was unmade, garbage in cans, money on the table, and dirty towels in bathroom. when I went to front to complain first I had to wait about 5 minutes because they were talking in the back. I told them regarding the dirty room and all they said was that was weird because it was marked as clean. nothing encouraging was said to ease the situation of wasting time because we needed to get ready for the night. got to the clean room and did our thing. next morning, I wanted to confirm that there was a late check out because the night lady said it was 12. there was me and another couple at the entrance just waiting - just waiting for the lady to give us attention. it took so long and the other couple was there before me and we had things to do quickly. so I left and decided to call later on to ask since clearly she did not care who was in front of her. I went to check out like you do at any hotel and even that was a process to be talked too.

Run down place. Door with big holes letting freezing air to the room (outside temperature was in 20's. Awful breakfast, cheap plastic utensils breaking every time you attempt to use them. Embarrasing!

Location was right off Merritt parkway making it convenient to find and to drive to nearby destinations.

The pool and sauna was not available due to being repaired.

The location was great for an event in New Haven - right off the exit and only 15 minutes from our event. it’s very close to several restaurants - the ramen restaurant nearby was great! I liked the extra sink outside the bathroom - that was handy with a few of us getting ready for bed at once. the coffee for breakfast was good, and it was nice to have a mini fridge in the room.

While the lobby was redone, our room was old. carpet was new, furniture wasn’t too old, but it was -20 with the windchill and we had cold air coming in through the unsealed exterior door to the patio all night. The heat couldn’t keep up. the toilet was old and loud, howling when flushed and like a gas station toilet (tankless with the flusher off the side). There was a nice coating of dust on the makeup mirror in the bathroom, and smudges all over it (so it hadn’t been cleaned/attention to detail).

great room location ! Great property Location ! Breakfast was excellent! hotel hallways very clean scent night and morning , great night auditor at check in , polite and very good MORNING STAFF & HOUSEKEEPING !

Room Condition! , Phone didn’t work ! remote didn’t work ! rug was dirty , desk chair had visible stains couch as well, it’s unfortunate, because due to the situation and explanation is the reason why I didn’t go forward with my original plan to self to extend into Monday BUT ! this stopped me I was in Room 445. -Ed Pantoja

Cozy and felt like home away from home. I stayed here whenever I travel to CT

Needs to have access to items from housekeeping around the clock.

Very convenient location to Hamden and New Haven, CT.

Beds were not comfortable. Fixtures and paint were worn. Breakfast buffe coffee was not good.

The 2 guys that helped me were awesome!!

The manager was there and was Not Nice. I parked in an unmarked space and he started yelling at me it was his spot, as he was cleaning out his Jeep with the vacuum. I was the one that asked staff can I park there and he went to see where I was talking and Mgr was just Rude. Also, the place Stunk of POT. I mean aweful. Seems like this is a local hotel that people are living there, not just staying a night or two.

The breakfast was nice

There was a bad small around and in the rooms. The air conditioner was broken and also the hairdryer. The room was really dirty.
