The staff was super friendly and helpful! The house is cozy and clean and has everything you need.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff. I check in after hours around 12:30 am, front desk staff gave me front door code to enter the building and left the room key near the front door.

The door of our bedroom was really difficult to open and close. We didn’t have any sheet in the bedroom when we arrived and there were dust in the bedroom. The mattress was bad

Could use a basic spice collection for the kitchen, most backpackers don't carry things like pepper, garlic powder etc. Only very minor thing.

Great location within walking distance of the lakefront, free parking, an elevator for getting bags upstairs. The simple breakfast looked good, I am keto so could not eat the chocolate croissants or yoghurt but the apple was yummy. Bathroom was big and clean, lots of areas to relax, watch tv or get together with other guests. Big kitchen and dining room.

Staff was very helpful and nice. The location is great. Difficult to be closer to downtown. Bathrooms were very clean.

The doors of all the rooms make a loud noise when open and close them whether you are delicate or not. In the middle of the night, can be a problem.

Wifi is poor.

Bed was not comfortable, my room was terrible (308) no good window that we couldn't see out side and worse problem was noise of toilet that was behind the our wall caused we couldn't sleep at all

Great location and friendly staff. I was late for check in and the staff called me to ensure that I was coming and gave me the instruction how to enter the hostel.

I didn't notice there was no air conditioning. However, the hostel had put on 2 fans in my room to ensure adequate ventilation before I arrived

The mattress are very hard. The rooms on the 3rd floor are not made for tall people since the ceiling is slanted. I hit my head multiple times. There is also no AC. Only little tiny fans which doesn't do much.

Location is good. Staff was nice.

Avoid room 308. It is close to the washroom, so we could hear the water flushing all night. It was too hot in the room (the weather was somewhat warm, but not a heat wave of something. Maybe 26c during the day, 18c at night?), 2 fans wouldn’t really help. Since windows had to remain open, it was very noisy (restaurants nearby with the live music, the train at 1 am!). We did not sleep that night

The room was unfortunately dirty. there was a lot of dust on the floor and even a dead spider near the bed
